I am rarely inclined to leave a negative review of any business, however, I feel like management and/or ownership needs to be aware of the lackluster service at this location.I frequently patronize this location several times a month and almost always am met with 15-20 minute wait times late at night when I’m the only one in the drive-thru lane and always order ahead on the app.The young employees working there never seem to acknowledge that there is a customer waiting at the window for prolonged periods of time and are often on their phones or goofing around.I realize customer service at fast food establishments is not held to a high standard, but from a business standpoint, I would highly reconsider employee retraining and integrity because I will never patronize this location ever again.

I ordered a Cobb salad. When I got home I noticed the cut up tomato was peeled off skin of the tomato, also had part of the green stem too. I was disgusted paying close to $9.00 and having mostly skin and stem for the tomatoes.

There is not a half star to give and that would have been generous ! as you pull up to the drive up window you can enjoy the smell of stale grease,the food is sub par even for a fast food restaurant , I received my order and it was ice cold? Go any place but here!they FINALLY CLEANED THIS PLACE UP and the employees are helpful now your order is hot when you recive it now!\
The young lady handing out the food was very pleasant. The person taking the money at the drive thru is Horrible. Doesn't speak, doesn't give you a receipt AND gives you the wrong change!! This person should not be dealing with the public.

this should not be called “fast” food, it’s definitely take your time food and you should not come here unless you have a minimum of 30 mins to spend waiting for a $5 meal. staff is fairly nice, but trying to get meals in between jobs may not be the best option here. at least make sure all my stuff is in the bag if you’re gonna take a year to prepare it!
