First time, last time. Octopus salad itty bitty pieces with 2 many veggies. Seafood Ramen 2 mussels, 3 shrimp, no crab or octopus ( as described) no green onions and broth tastes odd. Way overpriced 4 what u get. Much better off going to Green Papaya in St Augustine or Trams in European Village.
I was really looking forward to these Asian meals, but they were honestly pretty bland. There was almost no spice or flavor, and everything tasted really plain.in fact I asked for hot spicy and got mild at best. I expected something with more seasoning and authenticity but it just didn’t deliver. Definitely not what I was hoping for and wouldn’t order again.

What happened to the Shrimp fried rice.
Shrimp were jumbo now they are too small for the price. Daytona Beach is the best!
For our first time trying Wild Ginger the food was properly seasoned and cooked. My wife threw her whole plate away and I got sick after eating the little bit I ate.

I am a fan of pad thai noodles and really love them here. The sushi is always fresh. I'm glad you found your way to Palm Coast wild Ginger

The service was okay. The food is over rated. My $17 specialty roll was skimpy. My husband’s $30 hibachi
Was flavorless
We won’t go back.
We arrived just before 9pm. The hours state 10:30pm closing. We were extremely rushed by staff..granted it wasn't very busy but you shouldn't be closing down, taking the soy pour from the table while we're still eating.... Just poor service all around. Salad was water, I appreciate clean lettuce but at least shake it off a bit. Sweet heart roll was very good. King Pao Chicken needed more peanuts, decent flavor..

The service was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was clean and inviting. The food was very odd. Sweet and sour sauce tasted like it was made from ketchup. Crab rangoons were filled with a yellow custard like substance. Lo mein and fried rice had a bitter chemical flavor (we could not eat this). The hibachi vegetables and tender chicken were yummy. Kimchi steak ramen was good with tender delicious steak but the boiled eggs seemed extremely old. We ordered three cooked sushi rolls. All 3 were edible but the worst sushi we’ve had. Clear soup was yummy and the ginger salad tasted more like vinegar than anything else. We ate what we could, the bill wasn’t horrible but we’re left with serious fear of food poisoning. Our waiter was a wonderful young man with a beautiful smile.

Good place. Visited this one few times same as their Daytona branch.
Good ramen (not the best one I tried in the world, but on a very good level), good sushi, fried noodle also 4/5.
Overall that is definitely the best Asian food for a hundred miles around or maybe even more.

Super fresh sushi and seafood at really fair prices! The vibe here is cozy and chill, perfect for a nice meal. What stood out the most was the staff—they were super friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. Big thumbs up, can’t wait to come back!

We’ve gone here many time before, in restaurant and to-go orders but that ends. Ordered 2 to-go tuna poke bowls as we have many times before. Got home and opened up the bag to a small portion of tuna that was a completely different color than any time we’ve had it before.. we both smelled it and tasted a small piece and could not get the taste out of our mouth, something clearly wrong. I packed everything up and brought it back explaining that it just didn’t look/smell/taste right and would like a refund. Hard to ask for something else when you are dealing with a bad food taste. She pulled everything out… took the lids off and started thoroughly examining the meals… I’ve never had someone do that at a restaurant when something isn’t right to a customer. They listen and try and make it right…
Instead she started questioning me more…saying that it didn’t look like we even ate anything.. I again stated no… because of what I just explained (look/smell/taste)…then asks if I ordered this meal there before…. Which yes… I have… then says no one has complained all day… ok? I hope they are ok in a few hours….
Finally she issued the refund… but wow what an experience.

I ate here 8/21/2025 and while the staff was so nice the food was absolutely highly disgusting. A seafood boil bag with a single potato and corn? Garlic? It tasted like curry. The blue crab meat has dark areas which can be caused by bad meat or parasites in the crabs. The snow crab was edible and I did eat that before leaving the restaurant. My son took one bite of his General Tso chicken and spit it out. It was unlike anything he had before. He also said the rice tasted awful. My household LOVES Asian cuisine, but whatever is going on here is awful. I paid $73 for absolute garbage if I’m honest.
Do not eat here.
