Super disappointed in my sushi. Was not made fresh. It had definitely been premade and sitting out unrefrigerated.
I knew that they had not made the rolls to order because of the fast service. They just took what was sitting there n threw it on a plate. My first bite was a roll that had cream cheese in it and it was warm. Huge red flag. Then the spicy tuna was warm glop and the tempura shrimp was room temp not hot.
There is no way in hell I was eating that n risking food poisoning. I gave it a chance with a few bites because I was starving even complained to the waitress but she disappeared for a long while then when I asked for the bill she said that’s how it was supposed to be!
I know I’m a white girl but my nephew is a chef, also Vietnamese and knows how to make delicious sushi. Even Publix has better! Don’t waste your money. I had to leave hungry and hoping I’m not going to be sick.
If you’re stuck going get something cooked off the menu or stick to a soup n salad.
The manager didn’t even bother to come to the table.

My husband and I met another couple there on Saturday night and had a great time. The restaurant is clean and all of the employees are efficient (no one just standing around and all the wait staff helped each other). The food was delicious. We got sushi and a couple appetizers to share and some drinks. Sushi was so good i ordered another roll and the appetizers were fantastic. The drinks were nice and strong and out waitress Sierra was the BEST! We will definitely be back!

The food was amazing my wife had the low boil seasoning was just right meat tender corn potatoes sausage buttery the meal came with bucket for crab shells gloves wipes
I had habachi steak and chicken everything was seasoned with care steak cook to perfection portion size was really big I recommend this place 5star quality

My husband and I ordered the sushi. We ordered the Salmon and Tuna and it was warm. We ordered the Eel Avocado roll and it was full of bones. My daughters shrimp wasn't cleaned properly. After the meal, we paid and the waiter gave himself a 20% tip. There was 3 of us. Normally we tip more than 20% but since he decided to decide for us, he was lucky to get the 20% Don't waste your time and money.

Where’s the meat!? I ordered a chicken salad sandwich that was more of a lettuce and tomato sandwich. Maybe a half a teaspoon of chicken salad was on the sandwich And they forgot to give us our drink in the drive through.

What's my gripe? Like so many are saying, the portion size and the price for it. I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken & Broccoli Bowl which on the website shows a full large portion bowl. When I received my order the bowl was barely half full. I started to complain but was told that's how it always is. Needless to say I was very disappointed especially having to pay $12+ for half of what I should have gotten. It was delicious but I left hungry and completely soured on Panera. We are trying it again today. If I receive the same tiny portion for my meal, we won't be back.

We used to love Panera. They were pretty clean nice and good portions. I do not eat a lot but the portions are small, the food on the bread is almost non existen, sometimes I get a good green salad and sometimes it has all the white spines with no green like a scraps salad. I have to mention the soda and ice station is horribly filty with slim in the drain system. UGH EWWW .. Panera needs a good cleaning and some better quality food.
