An actual honest review:I think everyone on here just has a vendetta against Pizza Hut but I've gone here three times so far and here's my summary. It's a fast food chain pizza place, if you want something "fancy" (can pizza even be fancy?) then look into some place downtown. I've ordered twice for delivery, both times it was not only on time, but my order was hot and made correctly. The third time I went in to pick it up and I was immediately greeted. They said they would be just a moment, then I was greeted by a very friendly man who helped me with my order. Again, it was made correctly and looked perfectly fine. I truly don't understand these 1 or 2 star reviews, my orders have all been just fine, and arrived/were made on time. They may get busy or take some extra time on more busy times of the week, however, that's to be expected as they're the only one within several miles of this community. I say keep up the good work employees of this Hut, you've been excellent every time I've ordered!

This place is terrible in all aspects. From the lack of greeters to the slow and poor service and the absolutely bad excuse of wings and burgers, implement a complete makeover get a bulldozer. Just look at the number of customers during peak hours. We falsely assumed with all the advertising (propaganda) that this place was worth visiting, What a waste of time and money. You suck!

If you're eating there it's usually fine. Seating's limited but they do have a few seats, sometimes they use this for storage however so it's sometimes unreliable. Carryout is fine, which I've done when doing something else in the area. The problem's that they refuse to deliver any distance. The other pizza hut in the area that's now closed used to always deliver to my area, and this one refuses to pick up that business. This one is 5 minutes down the road from the closed one but they refuse to deliver to my area. I live in a main part of town which should be in their range, especially with it being the only local one since the other one closed. the only other one in town now is way out west. when I used to live in the area over 10 years ago that was out of delivery range, understandable with no Pizza Hut or other chain locations nearby at the time. But now even that area is better served by Pizza hut than where i am now, which is much more populated. the only other pizza places that don't serve my area are local ones with one location far away. There's supposedly going to be another pizza hut opening near me, but they've been advertising that for 5 months. when the other one closed they said the new one would open in 10 days. Yeah right. At this point I doubt that'll ever open. So because they refuse to open that one, they expect me to drive there and carryout when I wasn't going to the area. No way, I get delivery from other pizza places!

So I took my 7 year old out for an early dinner and we waited for 10 minutes at the door before being recognized. That’s no problem….I understand sometimes these things happen. Was sat afte that and waited another 15 before the host that sat us comes over and asks if we have been seen by anyone. I tell him no. He says…I’ll get someone. Again, no problem. Another 10 minutes later and still no one even acknowledged us. I’ve worked in a restaurant before, I’m a really laid back person and understand how hectic things can get but when 4 different servers walk by without even looking in our direction….that’s where you loose me. I don’t know who manages this particular restaurant but honestly they need to get it together. We walked out very disappointed. I know this review doesn’t mean anything and I never write reviews, it’s just that the state of what is called “service” nowadays really sucks. So cheers if you get acknowledged in a timely manner there. If not I suggest walking like my daughter and myself did.

For two large pizzas the lady said it was $46.50!! Women on the phone was extremely Rude and first said this deal didn't exist. I told her to take one pizza off. Then tried saying all they do is a family box deal. Then put me on hold and said I'll check my app after I told her I'm on Pizza Hut dot com it says you can do this order over the phone for one large pizzas, three toppings 10$ each. She then came on the phone again and said I'm giving you ten dollars off and next time I'm doing this online only. She was rude as f*** and made me shake with anxiety.

Worst pizza I've ever seen. No cheese and paper thin crust. The pizza delivery guy rang the doorbell and left the pizza on the ground by the door. Never again will I order from this dump.

The food is typical Buffalo wild wings a decent meal with a beer or two. This place stood out for the Great customer service experience, and the manager Mr. Zanzari who keeps a constant eye on the place and makes everything possible to make sure all excels... Thank you Sir.

Ordered a chicken club for $14 through Uber eats. It arrived ice cold with literally nothing on it except cheese, and in a fast food container. For that price they could have remembered the toppings. Really sad.

We had never been to BWW before, so were anxious to see what it was like. They have a lunch special for $8 before 2 PM, which my husband and I each ordered. We had the boneless wings with fries and soda. Huge servings and delicious! Our server, Carly, was very sweet too! We have a BWW in our town in Michigan that we have never been to - now we will!

The boneless wings had the consistency of a racquetball and they weren't even coated in the buffalo sauce as if the guy was too lazy to actually shake the bowl and fully coat the wings. And my takeout container was covered in grease from the guy's nasty rubber gloves. But, I guess it's my fault for being d*** enough to order wings from pizza hut.

We ate at Buffalo wild wings the other day and had a super emeal. The restaurant was very clean, server very friendly and the food came out hot and exactly as we ordered it. We will definitely eat there again. My husband said the burger he had was the best burger he can remember ever having in a restaurant. My chicken sandwich was also very good. They had nice thin fries that were hot and crisp. The items were lunch specials and included a soft drink. They were only $10.00 each which we thought was very fair.
