The worst fast food we have ever had, Chick-fil-a nearby is always packed and this place was empty, now we know why!
The fries were cold and soggy, the chicken sandwiches were tasteless cold and inedible, equal to gas station food at twice the price. Avoid at all cost.

I Ordered a 4 piece tender meal, only got 3 and it was undercooked. I just fed my 2 year old these before i noticed the 3rd piece looked pink.Absolutely disgusting would yall eat or feed your kids undercooked chicken? I don’t think so. Do better. Major waste of money. You guys are a chicken restaurant and don’t know how long to cook your chicken?

A quite Sunday meal near sunset. Very pleasant, clean drive-thru, parking, dining, and restrooms. Staff was courtesy and announced when orders were ready. 3 salads and a kids' meal!

I've been there three times over the last year. Didn't want to judge it on one visit. The food would be really good if it weren't so salty! It is over the top salty. Literally everything except for the cole slaw. Chicken, fries, garlic bread - all super salty every visit. It's a shame because I can still tell the flavor and quality would be fine without so much.

They are so fast with the to go orders, as a dasher I appreciate the way they concern about your wait but usually we don’t even have to wait

My biggest complaint about this location is the service. The food is fantastic and the cleanliness is meh, but some of the staff is very unprofessional and even rude. I come here often with my foreign friend who speaks fluent English but has a strong accent, and every time we come and she orders, the staff taking her order laughs at her and makes no effort to understand her at all. Even with me there to help, they consistently get her order wrong. Today they rung it up correct and before she paid they removed an item she had asked for many times. This is consistent with every visit and some of the staff here need customer service training badly.

Great experience at this location. Restaurant was very clean, food was great, and the service was exceptional! Our cashier, Sean, was very polite and helpful. He gave excellent recommendations and was knowledgeable of the menu. It was refreshing to see professionalism at the counter when ordering! We sat in the dining area and this young man brought us extra ketchup and even cleared our trays after we were done eating! Sean, thank you for making our experience that much better! I would give you 10 stars for your service skills and being awesome!! Thank you!

They Did not have their signature sandwiches at the time. They said they were still frozen. We received grilled chicken instead, and it was awful. Was told to pull up and wait in the drive-thru and they forgot about us. A team member came out 15 minutes later and asked us what we were waiting for and then still waited another 10 minutes to get our order. Extremely disappointed in the whole experience.

This lication is my hometown spot. Food is usually fresh and fast. Its clean. The workers are friendly and dont back talk like other ghetto zaxbys locations in GA.
