I had a really bad day and got such a run around with door dash in palm coast Fl. We'll a guy named Mike at zaxby's in palm coast made my evening melt away they treated us to dinner on them after are crazy day driving all day and door dash crap. That was the kindest thing that Mike did for us thx 😊

Came through the drive-thru the other day and the staff really went above and beyond on my order (wrap, wings and things). Fried pickles were delicious, thank you! It seems like they may be under new management too because I've noticed a great increase in their social media presence and info about their promotions. Keep it up guys (:

I had posted a negative two-star review of the Zaxby's Palm Coast location. I had ordered from the drive-up menu. The young lady on the speaker was absolutely fantastic in helping me with my selections. My negative comments were in regard to my sandwich missing toppings and also my dislike for the new lemon-pepper seasoning, which is a matter of taste. I was pleasantly surprised to find the owner of this Zaxby's location had read my review and apologized for my so so experience. He offered to make it right. Because the owner cared enough about his franchise to reach out to me, I decided to edit my review toward the positive. I rarely receive responses to my Google reviews and I really appreciated the owner responding to my first review.

Had a great experience friendly staff came to my table asked how is everything going was the meal to my liken if not they where willing to fix me another meal if I wasn't satified. Went above and beyond great service.

Jj was amazing at the window the training manager I believe her name I heard was Adrienne I’m not sure but she is amazing and needs a raise I will be back just because of them not just for their bogo chicken sandwich meals I got two meals and egg rolls for 14$ a steal and sauce! She even treated my son to a cookie how about that amazing customer service! We will deff be back just because of them!
