Terrible customer service. Walked in, was never greeted or even ACKNOWLEDGED…stood at the counter and waited for nearly 8 minutes with not a single worded spoken to me. Clearly they were busy (with such bad service I’m not sure why) and yet not even a “hey, good morning, we are quite busy but I will be with you in a few moments.” Coming from someone that has been in food and hospitality for over 6 years I will not spend my money here. Bad service.

Great food, friendly staff! The lox bagel sandwich is amazing!!! Commercial joint across the street can't compare. Bagel boys has a variety of homemade cream cheese spreads that are marvelous! I suggest getting there early and buying some of everything. Your taste buds will thank you!

This small bagle shop is one of the best. It is a local family owned business that always has great and unique bagles. The quality is very good and I never once had a bad bagle. The price is also very low and they are fast.
