It's the same as it's ever been. I love the cheesy tots. Had them today with the big fish. Was disappointed because the big fish is just a regular fish fil a, not the crunchy, large one I know I've had there before.

They did an amazing job taking our order. They were super nice. They accidentally left out my kids chicken nugget meal so we took the food all the way home to our house but we had only 10 minutes to eat lunch as a family and my sons food was missing. So we got back in the vehicle and drove all the way back to Burger King. We went through the line and explained the issue to a very nice and cordial team until the manager got involved. I asked him if he could give me a refund on the food and also give us a kids chicken meal for their mistake and he said NO. He said I will either give you your refund and no food or make you the food you paid for with no refund. It would’ve cost Burger King seven dollars to make a happy customer and not have this one star review on the record. No wonder they have 3.5 stars. To make it worse, he said I will throw in a free cookie.🫣

What wonderful service at this BK! Post-Hurricane Milton, the staff here were in great spirits and provided excellent customer service, even though the lines were long. The food was also prepped well and was delicious. We love this location and highly recommend visiting this Burger King location!

Went through the drive-through cannot understand the lady when I arrived, I ordered my food. I did not get what I ordered. You would think after $26 somebody’s paying attention. Just wanted to let you know.

New workers are terrible. I told them they forgot my nuggets and the ladies response was “happens sometimes”. They didn’t apologize or offer me my nuggets. Apparently if you pay for stuff they don’t have to give it to you? Terrible employees compared to other burger kings.
