Don't ever go to this BK during meal times. They will stop taking orders at the drive thru and if you have a mobile order you'll sit for 15 mins in the drive thru then 15 more minutes inside as all hell breaks loose. Sadly they cannot get or keep staff and the poor people there are doing their best. Good luck getting anywhere on the app it's all ai and automated.

This place is just the worse Burger King I’ve ever been in . The owners must be paying the very minimum wage to not be able to get a proper manager or employees . I work next door is the only reason I’ve been so many times and every time I come they have a problem with service being slow or something wrong with orders and every time the customer complains the manager lady argues with them lmao it’s quite funny to watch actually the last argument she told the customer that she needs to have patience after the poor woman’s order was obviously forgot , she waited 30 minutes and never got served . Obviously the manager knows no one else will take her job so shame on these owners for not paying their people better

The GM of this Burger King is awesome I ordered through uber eats and my meal was messed up and I called and she took care of it and made me feel like a valued customer she is a great leader and this Burger King by far is the best in Florida

Slowest fast food ever. Sat in drive through forever because the kitchen “moves slow”. The management obviously does not staff this establishment well because there was no reason to be waiting so long. Basically has two young kids back there just chatting

My sister and I witnessed completely unacceptable behavior at this Burger King today. The manager Jalen (spelling may be incorrect), was openly engaging in an inappropriate and offensive conversation about his religion with another employee named Lyric and making negative comments about how he doesn’t agree with transgender and gay individuals neither does his religion accept it .
To clarify the young employee Lyric was not the problem she was visibly uncomfortable and only defending herself. The manager was the one pushing the conversation, smirking, and dragging it on. There also seemed to be an extreme age difference making this especially concerning . Lyric also seemed to be (not completely sure ) to be a minor and from the looks of it , he seems to be in his late 30’s.
During all of this customers were literally standing at the counter waiting to be helped and were completely ignored. There were multiple people eating in the lobby who were forced to listen to this unprofessional, disrespectful conversation and ultimately behavior. My sister and I couldn’t even finish our food because the conversation was so uncomfortable and uncalled for.
When we confronted the manager his response was extremely weak and dismissive. He completely lacked any understanding or empathy.Im assuming he was also embarrassed given the fact that the employee was standing there and witnessing us confronting him .The only thing he could say was“I’m sorry I apologize” which is pathetic coming from someone who is supposed to be in charge.
LGBTQ+ customers make up a huge portion of the community that keeps places like this in business. For a manager to disrespect them openly while on the clock says everything about the lack of standards here.Nonetheless if you’re judging people for what their genders and sexualities are … what else are you judging ?
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion but not on the clock , not in front of customers and more importantly not as a manger representing The face of Burger King .
We will be contacting corporate directly and we have this incident documented . Action is needed because this behavior is unacceptable from anyone especially management!!!

Thursday 6PM. Everyone needs to be fired. 3 cars in line, over 15 minutes in drive through, worker walks out of store and asks for my card to pay before even getting to window!!! Waited 15 minutes and had to leave without anything!

Disgusting. Nasty manager. I waited for a little less then 10 minutes to order a bottle of water. He then walked to the back of the store to restock paper bags, THEN started working the drive thru. Floors and bev station filled with over flowing trash. My next stop will be Palm Harbor Health dept.

I don't know if the kid at the window has hearing problems or what, But he kept on saying Huh and what. Then the onion rings I got a large they were not filled up all the way and they were cold and they were not cooked all the way. When I asked for my receipt They gave me a duplicate receipt that didn't even have a survey code on it. Then they put so much mayonnaise on the Whopper barely any vegetables on it.
