Stop holding payment cards while you wander off. If there's an emergency and someone has to leave food behind They have to wait for you to mosey back to the window. It's rude and impractical.

Service was rather slow, but in all fairness, management needs to put more people on during busy hours. So the minus one star is towards management. The workers were not slacking off at all. Not enough parking for busy times either.

It is the cleanest burger king I've seen and I've traveled across this country. The kindness and how happy the staff was wonderful to see. I believe the African American man that was there is a great leader not just for his skill in leadership but how is interaction with other staff members was uplifting. They look like they felt celebrated. He made sure that every single person in that place was taken care of and felt important and enjoyed their time there. I've been doing this a long time now and it definitely was refreshing to see. I would definitely recommend this place, which is why I chose to give 5 stars across the board. Trust and believe I don't give that lightly because I am extremely picky and expect a level of cleanliness, professionalism and kindness as well as good food. Not just stuff that was thrown together messy. My food items came to me fresh,nest and with a smile. So kudos to you and thank you for the beautiful service.

I ordered impossible whopper and I get it. It’s burn. I asked to change it. The manager has been refused and told me you need to pay for the second. It’s really bad service and bad food in this branch.
This place is ridiculous. On 3 separate occasions, we have gone there. We have waited over 30 minutes for our food in the drive-thru. The staff and the management are absolutely the most unprofessional people i've ever dealt with. When you question what the holdup is on your food,you get a nasty response. I will never ho back there again.
