Giving this a 2-3 star due to the inconsistency. Been coming here since they opened and I order such simple drink. White chocolate mocha. Almost always 85% milk and no coffee. We added an extra shot of espresso and it still tasted like milk. How?? They forget the whip cream all the time.

Did the drive thru for a triple espresso over ice and a chocolate croissant they heated for me. Quick drive thru experience and coffee was not burnt like a competitor I know.

Iām a black cold brew coffee girl through and through. So happy I donāt have to add syrups and sugars here. Itās smooth and crisp every time. The attendants are always pleasant, too which is a nice addition.

This was my first time visiting, and I arrived at 7:30am on a busy Thursday morning, Nicole was working completely alone managing a non-stop drive-through and customers inside. It was clear a coworker hadnāt shown up, but she handled everything with an incredible level of calm, friendliness, and professionalism.
She took every order with a smile, kept things moving smoothly, and never once showed signs of stress. Nicole truly exemplifies what great customer service looks like and Caribou Coffee is lucky to have someone so capable and dedicated representing their brand.
Also, the iced matcha with coconut milk and lumberjack sandwich were delicious!
