best service I ever had last night the waiter was doing a awesome job the food was the best will definitely be coming back if there was more than a five star option ill give you guys a 8 star

everything was delicious with top notch service.

Today my daughter surprised me with a trip to a restaurant of my own choice. So I was excited to choose Carrabas Italian Grill which was proximal to her home. We were casually dressed for the casual, family friendly atmosphere. My daughter ordered a creamy pasta dish, I had a Salmon and Broccoli special and we both had scrumptious Cesar Salads. The servers were attentive and friendly. I highly recommend Carrabbas Italian Grill for anyone who wants authentic Italian Cuisine in a special atmosphere.

Alissa S was very helpful and accommodating, even Saturday at 6pm. Food, esp the lemon asparagus linguini, was excellent.

Thank you Carrabbas Palm Harbor for making this Mother’s Day truly exceptional for my mom and I! From the outstanding food to the welcoming ambiance to the impeccable service, everything was amazing! Mom loved the zucchini fritte appetizer, her fettuccini meal and her specialty seasonal drink, and I couldn’t believe how fantastic The Johnny Trio was (I’ve never tried The Johnny until today). Our server was on top of things and though very busy she didn’t miss a beat! We felt especially valued as customers and we were amazed at how caring and friendly all the employees were! This was one of the most special Mothers Day meals we’ve ever had together and lol mom and I aren’t spring chickens. Well, I know where I’m taking mama next Mother’s Day! Much appreciation for everything!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience thanks to my server, Caitlyn. From the moment I sat down, she made me feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. She was friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu—offering great recommendations that really enhanced my meal.

My drink was never empty, the food came out perfectly timed, and she checked in at all the right moments. What really stood out was how she remembered small details I mentioned in passing and followed up with thoughtful touches throughout the evening. For example I LOVE extra seasoning with my oil for the bread dipping, and she was sure to provide exactly that!

It’s rare to find someone who clearly loves what they do and takes such pride in making sure guests have a memorable time. Caitlyn relevated the whole experience and is a big reason why I’ll be coming back. Highly recommend!!!!!

Esme is hands down one of the best servers I’ve ever had. She’s incredibly sweet, kind, and always goes above and beyond to make sure we’re taken care of. Every time I visit, she makes the experience feel personal and welcoming—she’s honestly the main reason we keep coming back.

She remembers the little things, treats everyone with genuine care, and has such a positive energy that it instantly makes my day better. Esme doesn’t just do her job well—she makes you feel like more than just a customer.

I truly appreciate her warmth, attentiveness, and consistency. Any place would be lucky to have someone like her.

We had esmay as a server for lunch and our experience was wonderful she’s so welcoming and charismatic and it genuinely felt like I didn’t have to ask for things to be done because she was timely and on top of all our needs , she has smile worth driving for be sure to ask for her if you’re coming in!

Esme was hands-down the best server I’ve ever had at Carrabba’s. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. Her menu suggestions were spot-on, and she kept everything running smoothly without us ever having to ask. If you’re dining here, do yourself a favor and ask for Esme—she’s truly exceptional!

We were not satisfied with the first server we had, spoke with Sydney, a manager she provided a new server, Ashley and we were very much satisfied. We had a wonderful girl's day out. 💕
