I live less than a mile away from this restaurant and the last three visits have been awful. They have forgotten food several times, each time when I call they tell me will put it back on your app, I don’t want it on my app I want the food I ordered the first time. This location has gone down hill.

I pay for food to receive what i order. The sandwiches came with the wrong cheese no pickle. I then tell them they state they’ll remake it and make it fresh i get my food cold. THE cheese not even melted on the sandwich. Whoever the manager was or states she was the manager rolled her eyes and told me ya call tomorrow and i said I will as I don’t even want my food. It’s cold and she rolled her eyes and i told her do her job better. In management you learn to handle situations properly with dignity and respect she did neither. HER ATTITUDE WAS POOR AS WELL AS HER BODY LANGUAGE! When i call back and ask for manager name after I left they proceeded they cannot do that which part of me understands but at the same time i should have her name so when i call tomorrow i can tell the general manager who I spoke to. Chick fila is known for their professionalism and whoever i dealt with has absolutely none. A women is who I spoke with in the drive thru at the window and a male is who I spoke to on the phone! And he was quick to have me come back and fix the issue but wasn’t willing to just correct my food and make it fresh while i was there.

This location has gone to hell. The dining area was filthy. Trash on the floors. Trash on the tables. Overflowing trash cans. If the front of the house looks like this, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like.

This Chick Fil A is a hit or miss. Honestly, the most disappointing Chick-Fil-A I have been too. Go to the Countryside one or Oldsmar. Not worth the conveince. Sometimes the people taking your order act if you are an inconvience to their personal conversations or time. I do understand these are young kids. But have had good consistent service at all other Chick Fil A's. I got a burrito with only two hasbrowns that unrolled. They have given me minimal fries before. & they were not busy.

My husband and I’s experience here was very poor and disappointing. The management and sanitation of the dining room was so poor. The floors were not clean, sweeping was highly needed. Tables and seating were unclean. The dining room was so unsanitary to the point we even saw a cockroach literally crawling on the floor and needed to notify a team member. Thankfully, he was quick to address the situation however it negatively impacted our experience here. As well as, the meals were served poorly and placed carelessly upon the tray. The past few experiences here at this location have lacked hospitality, cleanliness and good food:(

Update** A lot has changed. The line wasn't long at all, but it took FOREVER to get our food and go. The food was still good and the people were nice... just super SLOW.
The drive thru line was so very long, but it was a breeze to get through. It was my daughter's first time having Chic-fil-A and she absolutely loved it!!
Don’t you dare try to get chick fil a breakfast at 10:29am. Literally don’t even try it. The very second it becomes 10:30 they act like breakfast is a cardinal sin. Zero grace period, even if your app malfunctions. I personally won’t be going here anymore because of that.

This location is the closest to my home so it’s the one we always go to, They used to be good, the food was good, had good customer service but after the last time we went and had issues we hadn’t been back for 2 months. We left a review, asked to speak to management and nothing was ever done. Well my kids mom was in a hurry today and went through the drive thru and shocker, no drinks for the kids meal were given and only one of the 5 piece nuggets were in the bag. This location is just terrible now and they don’t care at all.
