soup is cold waited 30 minutes decided to get a refund the manger said someone turned off with there knee like what thats the biggest lie I got told the manger was super rude. Costumers service was zero horrible like if I would of never went up there Ill still be waiting for soup so I decided to get refund of waiting 30 minutes. Never going to chick fil a ever again super bad my bf use to work there and we both went there and he says what he sees and heard is crazy.

I’m not one to make bad reviews but today I sat parked in the drive through for over 25 mins and I have proof it’s 25 mins because my car tells me how long I was in it and I live less than two minutes away from Chick-fil-A. All of this was for two kids meals, and one normal meal just saying was a bit ridiculous.

The manager is the worst human I have ever come in contact with. He shows no remorse for his teams mess ups and expects the guest to figure out how to fix their mess ups as well. If you care about service do not come to this location!
