I love this place! The food is always awesome, and the service is fast and friendly. But most of all, as an Army Veteran, I think Chicken Salad Chick has the most generous Veterans Day appreciation meal, which reflects wonderfully on this restaurant! Go there everyday -- and especially on Veterans Day, if you served!

I just want to say, thank you to this location. We went there for lunch today, breaking from assessment and recovery efforts from Hurricane Milton. We were greeted with so much thanks and appreciation, it practically moved me to tears. I have come here many times, and I love the atmosphere, the staff are always wonderful and the food is top notch. If you are in the area, and looking for some damn good chicken salad, get your butt over there!

I went through the drive thru today for the first time in months.. I must say this place use to be amazing.. however the last few times I have gone I have been very disappointed.. the quality of food just has not been the same as it use to... My croissant was hard, very little chicken salad, and my soup was cold and they usually add cheese which they didn't.. very disappointed.
The customer service here is unparalleled. Every time I come here they are welcoming and genuine, and efficient. I love the food, but the customer service is the true gem here.

So I recently discovered chicken salad, chick, and the last time which was the first time I ate there the quality was over the top amazing but this time my Delivery order was definitely disappointing. I ordered the grape salad - large one with extra toppings. It came with no toppings on it and two little cups of toppings on the side, which definitely is not extra by any means when the salad is advertised as 4-5 servings. It was barely 2.5 servings. I ordered the strawberry salad for the sole reason that I have been craving their poppyseed dressing since last week and of course the salad was delivered with no dressing. Not sure what happened today, but Delivery orders should be triple checked before going out the door due to the fact that your guest is not in house. If you forget something in the restaurant, it takes two seconds to run it out to the table but if you forget something on a delivery order, it essentially ruins the entire order.

If you like Chicken Salad this is the place for you. They have so many flavors from BBQ to Spicy Pimento Cheese. You can get sandwiches, soup and cookies all in one place. They have a great staff and offer samples during lunch most of the time. The dining room is clean and comfortable all day. They are located on US19 and Alderman next to Ace Hardware. You can dine in, order carry out or even have it delivered with Doordash and Uber. The prices are reasonable and they have plenty of free parking. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.
