Chipotle Mexican Grill

This place went downhill quick. Worst part is you ask for double meat which you are willing to pay for but they refuse to put the amount of meat you ask for. Can’t even do their job right. People that work there are a joke.

This place is so dirty, rice was hard and undercooked. A complete rip off. Will not come back. The workers are rude teenagers. I asked for a refund and went to another chipotle. The second photo is how it’s supposed to be.

Upon entering the store this evening to buy a chicken quesadilla, I was one of only two customers. However, I was told that I had to order online, despite my assertion that I have always ordered in-store and it is a listed option. The staff claimed that accommodating my request would slow down the line, although there were no other customers waiting, prompting some employees to offer additional explanations. Disappointed ☹️

I’ve never been into a place that is so filthy in my life nasty floors garbage over running the food bar has nasty dried up food all over

Came into restaurant garbage cans were in the front of the store. filled was trash. Tables were dirty order a burrito with queso guacamole with chips the burrito was worst I’ve ever had. The food looked old Chipotle was supposed to have a good reputation. The restaurant was very dirty. Will never go back. I really would like a refund

ROACHES!!! One crawling by the bowls and food in plain sight.I told a manager and another worker. Nothing was done. I paid full price for my food and can’t bring myself to eat it. EEEWWW! This place is always dirty. NEVER going back. There’s plenty on the counters and tables for roaches to eat, I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. Why don’t they train people to clean up after themselves?

Given a dirty greasy tray. The counter were you check out ... filthy. Believe it or not the food is usually ok, but don't think I can stomach the atmosphere anymore.

They serve little bit food..

Once again I placed an order online for pickup. The last time they screwed the whole order. Just ordered again today. Got it back to my office and it was so hot I couldn't eat it. Then when you call to report the system is automated and won't send you to a live person.

They are not very organized and obviously don't take the time to properly look at the orders. I want my money back for this last order.

Originally, I was upset because I received the wrong food, but after coming in and speaking to the manager Peter, he was super nice and explained their situation of being busy and losing service and afterwards I felt awful for even being upset because he took care of me so well. Honestly, this is my favorite chipotle. I drive out of my way to come here because the food is always the best. Thank you so much Peter and again so sorry for coming in hot. You took really good care of me. Thank you!!!!
