I just went this Chipotle and it was filthy!!! The counter was disgusting, dirty, with food all over the place. Same in the beverage area and register. I brought it up to the cashier and she was extremely rude, then asked me to talk to the manager who was also extremely rude, handed me over the card of a district manager who I called and didn't pick up. A food inspector should go there ASAP, I understand Saturdays are busy, but we deserve to eat in a clean place, we are not pigs..

This place is horrible. Can't place an online order half of what you ordered will be missing and the other half wrong. The staff leadership is rude. The area they build your food is disgusting. Food thrown everywhere, everything is all mixed up. If you can't have lactose your SOL because there's sour cream spilled into everything. Allergic to corn to bad there's corn flung all over the place. How doesp piece's of lettuce end up in the chicken? It's disgusting.

i’ve only been here a few times now but this time confirmed i will never be back. i would usually never write any type of review but my experience here was terrible. Every time i’ve been (about 3 times) not one staff member was remotely nice, for example the teenagers would laugh or give disgusting looks(i am a teenager). i was also told i couldn’t pay with a 100 dollar bill because “the machine doesn’t take them”. As a former chipotle cashier i know this is not true and i wasn’t able to get my food.

The absolute worst experience. Totally ruin my order and then want to offer me a drink as a replacement???? What about the food you just ruined? I want the food I paid for. Not a drink I did not pay for. Always check your food before you leave. This location is notorious for messing up orders.

Terrible experience at this restaurant. Went to get a late dinner, the closing shift was horrible and rude. The girl that made my salad completely drenched it in the hottest hot sauce they have and when I asked for a remake she refused because they were close to closing! She also never gave any dressing for the salad. My meal was inedible so total waste of money!

All I can say is this was the absolute dirtiest disgusting resturant I have ever been in ! The place was not very busy yet all the tables were filthy and the food area was just plain gross ! There was slop everywhere things dripping into things that they shouldn’t be in ! It really turned my stomach. I will never visit this store again and perhaps never any other Chipotle again. They need to clean up their act and learn how to run a store in a safe and healthy manner ! The owners should be embarrassed
Another chipotle location that decided to stop cooking its white rice all the way. What the hell? 3 visits in a row with undercooked rice.

The one star is that the food tastes good. Unfortunately, every time I go there, the word "cross contamination" is a way of life for the staff. This place makes a Subway look clean. Slopping ingredients to order, every serving container has extra ingredients from other containers, and the countertop where tray progresses is covered as well. Corn salsa and onions and pico everywhere, like they were treating it like confetti. Cutting Boards not changed out according to food safety.I get that the customer base here is full of jerks who treat these employees bad, but there should be a manager who is explaining how the poor choices they are making is bad and leading by example.I will have to wait until I forget what I saw before I can go back.

I enjoy Chipotle. It's fresh and tasty Mexican food fast. Unfortunately, when I went to the restaurant my bowl was not hot. The employees may need to check the food temperature more often. Other than that issue it was fresh and tasty.
