Every time I order delivery from DoorDash or uber from this store, I end up getting plain ice cream with barely anything in it. Not worth the price when I can get the same thing from Publix for a fraction of the price.

The girls working tonight were absolutely amazing—so fast, kind, and helpful! One of them, I believe her name was Kylie, even told us about a BOGO deal and helped us activate our account. She had dark brown hair and such a great attitude. Despite it being a busy Saturday night (and even with a few rude, groggy customers), they kept the line moving quickly with positivity and kindness toward everyone. Truly outstanding service—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Giving 2 stars because I appreciate there being an option to buy cakes that are already pre-made. But the writing on this absolutely terrible. I could work with it being a little crooked, but it’s like the letters are falling off and are covering strawberries. One area is also noticeably smudged. I understand accidents happen, and thankfully this wasn’t needed for a large party. But this shouldn’t have passed a quality check.

I'm giving you three stars and that's being nice the ice cream was so small three spoonfuls and it was gone and it cost me $11. They don't tell you that you have to pay extra for each ingredient that should be in the ice cream flavor that you want to begin with like Rocky road.

I had a disappointing experience at this location. From the moment I walked in, the employees were incredibly aggressive in trying to upsell me—specifically pushing for larger sizes and more expensive cone options in a way that felt more like a high-pressure sales environment than a casual ice cream shop.
I understand the concept of suggesting add-ons, but the level of persistence here was excessive and off-putting. Ice cream should be a low-stress, enjoyable treat—not something that comes with a hard sell. It made the entire experience uncomfortable and awkward, and frankly, not what I expect or want from this type of establishment.
Unless this approach changes, I’m unlikely to return to this location. I go out for ice cream to relax, not to feel like I’m being pressured into spending more than I intended.

I am completely fine with workers without gloves and a lot of times it is cleaner. But when every single one of the workers are touching their face, hair, and phone it becomes unsanitary. Even one of the girls had multiple bracelets that touched many different ice creams.

3/22 9:30pm. The only guy that was working this night was rude & mad because I asked him can he add a lid to my cup of ice cream. He then slams the cup of ice cream down when giving it to me. Which was weird all because I asked for a lid. Never had an issue coming here before. There’s no telling what he did to my ice cream while his back was turned putting the lid on just because he was upset. I tossed it out the window. No thank you.

The past couple times I’ve gotten the cookie ice cream sandwiches from the case they have tasted like dirt. Like someone went outside and rubbed them in soil. Will not be buying them anymore. This place needs new staff and to pay attention to their products.
