Absolute gem. Owner is an angel & the place is very aligned. Menu highlights the importance of the elements of our food and even offers a lesson in the idea/practice which was an experience I won’t soon forget. Everything homemade and made to order. I’m from Naples FL but have been telling everyone down here about it and can’t wait to go back. Adorable garden out back and good music. You won’t regret it!

Very cute little cafe with an excellent selection of health-conscious juices, food, and coffee. Sat outside in an outdoor garden area and loved everything about it! Can't recommend this place enough, will certainly be returning!

My Eggs Benedict sandwich was good, but my drink’s flavor was just a bit off which is why I took a star off. It was supposed to taste like chocolate but it tasted like watered down banana with no trace of chocolate taste.
I will probably come back to study and I hope other smoothies are better so I can update this review with my tastebuds findings.

The girls and I had brunch there. We each had eggs on avocado toast. With the choices of having our eggs done our way, along with or without different cheeses , tomatoes, herbs, etc... We enjoyed our brunch in the garden area ? We will be back and definitely spread the word. Great healthy food, service , atmosphere, and clean.?

Visited the area with my husband and spied this cafe tucked in between buildings, a little hidden. Stopped in for brunch and I'm so glad we did. The owner is so nice, service excellent, the little courtyard seating in back soothing, and the food was absolutely perfect. We both got cold brew coffee (the icecubes are also coffee), he got the Eggs Benedict Sandwich and I got the Nordic Tuna (served in lettuce wraps). The food is so clean and beautifully simple, complex, and absolutely tasty. It just hit the spot. I also ordered a little metabolism health shot (they serve it in a cute little espresso cup with saucer). I'll be going back again soon, no question.
