I’m very disappointed in the customer service here I went to this location a couple months ago it was around 9:30pm and I’m assuming the teens that were working were pre closing when my friend and I walked in they started loudly complaining to eachother that customers were coming in as well as when other guests walked in I’ve never seen someone complain about getting business before but I felt very uncomfortable but didn’t saying anything because they were teens as I went earlier this week to try the Dubai cookie in the afternoon the workers were having inappropriate conversations.

Beyond disappointed. Terrible communication and customer service. Drove 45 mins to get the OREO special... We called ahead and had them hold an order for pick up for a birthday... Arrived to hear they gave it away to a random. 🫠
I love their cookies. They are the best cookies I’ve ever had. Always quick and friendly service. I love that the menu changes each week. We are always excited to see the new cookies each week.
