My own BBQ is much better! This was below par. They are not gonna make it if they don't step up their game.

I did a search for Palm Harbor BBQ and saw there's a new Dickey's in town. GPS took me to the location but I couldn't find the restaurant any where. Called the number and woman answered "Winghouse!" I said I must have called the wrong number, I'm trying to call Dickey's. She said, that's us we do that too. WTH! Decided to go to Mexican joint nearby.

I ordered a big plate, $20. Right off the bat, no Texas toast. Its supposed to come with two slices. Barbecue sauce was completely liquid and tasted like liquor. W/e they used wasn't cooked off, barely edible. I ordered extra onions, no onions came with the plate. The mac n cheese is overdone, overly soft, and made with nacho sauce. The beans weren't even great. Do not recommend, take your money elsewhere.

Ordered “family” meal. All sides were tiny. When I called they blamed the driver… Like 10 fries, tiny cup of BBQ sauce. They made $145, driver just makes tip and they wanted me to complain to Uber on the 5star rated diver. P.S. it’s a ghost kitchen.

The worst BBQ I’ve ever had. I regularly eat at the Dickies store in St. Petersburg Florida and always get good food. What I got from the Winghouse location was trash. The pulled pork sandwich was half inedible pork fat. The bun was so stale it fell apart. (See photo) It tastes like it was a week old. The BBQ beans also were sub par compared to the Dickies store. The pulled pork dinner was just as disgusting. Stay away and save your money.
Ordered on door dash. Brisket was okay, chicken and pork very gristly and a lot of fat. Beans tasted like someone poured liquid smoke in them, just acrid and not good. Mac n cheese was legitimately Kraft Mac from the box. Also did not get the Texas toast with my meal, even though it was included with the meal I ordered. You are better off going to Sonny's, or for the price, treat yourself to smokey bones in Clearwater.

I ordered a rib plate that was supposed to include Texas toast and for my sides I ordered baked beans and potato casserole- I received macaroni that was 1/3 filled and cold uncooked baked beans. I also ordered bbq wings and an additional 6 ribs but didn’t get the bbq that was supposed to be included. I also ordered a brownie which was missing as well. If I would have known I would have not ordered from this place considering I paid over $60. I am extremely disappointed, my advice for everyone else is to not order from here and save your money!

The fact that I drove all the way to this location just to be told that I can't simply order to go and have to order through a 3rd party app (Uber) it unbelievable. I'd rate this place ZERO stars if I could. Businesses have collectively lost their minds when they turn down money. The proof of this is that I went to spend $40 at the Carrabbas across the street instead! I'm 100% sure there are a thousand others just like me. That's a lot of money and very irresponsible business practice.
