i went to get my normal coffee which is normally $5 but today the blonde lady at the counter charged for every ingredient in my coffee my total is normally $8 out the door today it came to $20 and my coffee was wrong completely if i had time i would have gone back but i needed to be on my way to work

Came in today and ordered a maple bacon egg and cheese bagel but forgot to ask for an everything bagel! John immidiately offered to remake it and let me keep the original. It meant so much to me and my grandmother, especially on the tough day weâre having. Even when she messed up her coffee order, they offered to remake it but i mean you guys had done more than enough. I am genuinely so thankful for the amazing service and energy ne and my grandmother received today. 10/10! Thank you, Palm Harbor Dunkin, and ESPECIALLY thank you, John!! I mean John had a smile on his face from the moment I ordered all the way to walking out the door. I appreciated that so so much.

There has been a roof leak for months and the cheap owner will not replace the roof top air conditioner that is causing the leak. I guarantee that highly toxic black mold is growing in the ceiling and is airborne. The staff here is wonderful and I'm a regular. Owner, FIX THE LEAK , YOU HAVE CREATED A HEALTH HAZARD FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES. I should report you the Pinellas County health department.

A nice place to grab a quick coffee or iced drink. The employees are awesome. Drive thru or dine in they are welcoming and efficient. I really enjoyed the sparkâd energy drink I ordered. I wish they had a vegan donut option for my vegan friend but they do have non dairy milks available to make coffees so we still all got something to enjoy.

Second time at this Dunkin and both times the lady was so rude. I get to the window and forgot to add munchkins to my order and she says we canât add food at the window. It was 10 munchkins and they werenât even busy. I would understand if they were busy. And on top of that my food wasnât ready yet so instead of complaining and being rude to me she could have been more nicer. I understand people have bad days but this is the second time in a week sheâs been extremely rude. The croissant stuffer I got isnât even fully cooked itâs cold. I will not be coming back to this Dunkin

Use of local, unfiltered water is the only reason I could come up with as to why the iced tea tasted so bad. Sad, because it's usually very good at this chain.
