Great service, coffee mixed to perfection and the baker's choice doughnut today was the best donut I've ever had in my life!! It had light blue frosting with sugar sprinkled on top and a chocolate cream filling that was to die for! Thanks so much!!

went through the drive thru 12/8 at night and ordered a sandwich and had browns, and everything was beyond fresh i was surprised, staff was quick and polite, people are quick to leave a review when service is bad, just wanted to highlight great service !

I'd like to thank the manager who gave me the blueberry munchkins in the drive through, our favorite.
2 stars because the morning staff is amazing but if you wanna go past 4pm, be prepared to have cold food, drinks with random things floating in them, or to not be served because they take the liberty to close an hour or more early. Door says 8pm but if you walk up at 7:15pm they are gone. This is not a 1 time occasion for an emergency either. This has happened about 5 times now. Night staff is not friendly, throws food out window and doesnt even get orders right, and doesnt work the full shift. Should just change hours of operation bc at this point no one works past 7pm anyway. Again, morning staff are nice and always get the order out fast and hot. If theres a wait, they communicate well and still work fast! Morning staff is only reason i didnt give it a 1 star. I hope the management see this and talks to the night people.

Shoutout to the Palm Harbor Dunkinβ team! I had my drink made incorrectly at another location, so I stopped by Palm Harbor to see if they could help. Without hesitation, they remade the drink and were so pleasant and understanding throughout the whole interaction.

Had an incredible experience at this Dunkin location! The cashier/barista Chrissy was incredibly attentive, kind, and made the whole experience. The food and coffee were brought to me quickly and tasted great! Iβll be coming back again soon because of the food but also because of her quality service! 10/10 Dunkin location
