2 stars because the morning staff is amazing but if you wanna go past 4pm, be prepared to have cold food, drinks with random things floating in them, or to not be served because they take the liberty to close an hour or more early. Door says 8pm but if you walk up at 7:15pm they are gone. This is not a 1 time occasion for an emergency either. This has happened about 5 times now. Night staff is not friendly, throws food out window and doesnt even get orders right, and doesnt work the full shift. Should just change hours of operation bc at this point no one works past 7pm anyway. Again, morning staff are nice and always get the order out fast and hot. If theres a wait, they communicate well and still work fast! Morning staff is only reason i didnt give it a 1 star. I hope the management see this and talks to the night people.

Shoutout to the Palm Harbor Dunkinβ team! I had my drink made incorrectly at another location, so I stopped by Palm Harbor to see if they could help. Without hesitation, they remade the drink and were so pleasant and understanding throughout the whole interaction.

Thought about giving it to dunking at 730 to get a coffee or two for the night place was completely locked up and shut down.I thought they didn't close till eight.Guess i'm wrong

Iβve gone to dunkin 3 times in the past month and each time the order was messed up. today i ordered the meal deal with a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel without cheese. there was cheese. i also ordered an iced coffee with carmel cream and cold foam. there was no cold foam. why am i paying extra for something and them not even giving me it. my sister picked up the order so she didnβt even realize it was messed up until home but thereβs a reason dunkin is considered garbage compared to the rest of the coffee world.

This place is top tier, i know dunkin can be iffy sometimes but i've been going here everyday before work for the past like week and itβs literally perfect every time i go! the line moves so fast my coffee taste amazing and the staff is so sweet 10/10

Worst Dunkin Donuts havenβt even been open. A month! Terrible service and I ordered hasbrowns gave it to me all mushed together. Do they even care???

They barley had anything that we wanted. Vanilla donut holes and chocolate bite ran out strawberry cookie ON THE MENU: only for events.
But we got a classic donut and its good, and I still love Dunkin just be mindful.
