As a New Englandah, Dunkin was the go-to for years. Lately, like everything else, inflation has made it more expensive, and while Dunkin's coffee and donuts have always been just okay, today, however, the quality of both, the donuts and coffee are fair to poor.In the age of designer Donuts, Dunkin Donuts is Wicked meh! The brand still has a loyal following but mostly of current and former New Englanders.

I feel bad for leaving a negative review. However, I cannot express how rudely I was treated. I ended up just saying no thank you to my order and leaving. The lady that was serving me said that there were only two employees working today (January 5th). Hopefully that helps narrow down who didn't want to help me out. Apparently they also weren't able to serve any food items either. Thank you.

They act like we are bothering them by being there trying to order food. There is only 1 or maybe 2 people working there at a time. Super under staff and so dirty. I will definitely just pay the extra money to go to Starbucks.

This morning on 10/10/23, I came in because I had a mobile order. The staff helped me figure out I had placed the order at the wrong location and i didn’t have time to go back. They immediately offered to make my whole order right there in the store with no additional charge. This Dunkin is by far my favorite location and really just blessed me today.

Walked in on a Sunday afternoon at 3pm, stood there for 10 minutes while 2 staff ignored us as they were serving the drive thru customers, the benches were a mess - unwashed pots and containers everywhere. There was only 2 donut flavors in the shelves. Walked out.
