Einstein Bros. Bagels

Restrooms completely filthy, trash and food on the ground in the dining area then wait 15 minutes to be given the wrong order. At this time they are now out of what we ordered and the managers response is what do you want me to do about it. More of a McDonald’s attitude but guess that Einstein standards now.

5/3/25: UPDATE: I contacted customer service, and they were quick to respond to my concerns. They not only put the cost of the poorly made drink into my account, but they doubled the cost and then some! I'm looking forward to returning to this location to try the chai tea latte again - and a bagel with cream cheese! I'm hoping both are delicious!

5/2/2 5 Original review: I met my girlfriend here for a drink. I usually go to Starbucks. I ordered a large chai tea latte. I was going to ask for almond milk. But NOT for $1.10 extra. I got it 20 minutes later. After I asked for it.

It was cold inside, and my friend wanted to sit outside. Both areas were adequate. But a gentleman was outside, proselytizing to a young man. He was loud enough that I did NOT want to listen.

My friend enjoyed her bagel & cream cheese. But my large chai tea latte should NOT have been served. It had sludge on the top so I mixed it up. Then it was on the bottom. It tasted grainy, and the sludge was undrinkable. I took it to the cashier who referred me to the manager standing nearby, listening. Supposedly the machine was broken and steamed milk was burned. I threw it out. What else could I do?!?!? It should never have been served. I should have been offered a replacement drink or a credit. Totally unsatisfactory.

I love Einstein Bagels.

Fresh and delicious bagels! They also were happy to make changes to their bagel sandwiches to accommodate my food sensitivities and they were very kind about it. Lots of seating available. And they have lots of milk options for your coffee.

Went in at approximately 8 AM to get two bagels nothing done to them. Nothing on them. Waited in line for two minutes. Nobody in front of me came up to the counter ordered they beg me for a tip. Then I waited for five minutes or three other people went through the line and got their orders cooked before. I finally had to ask somebody to give me my bagels so I could leave Which they couldn’t even find the order. Had to ask somebody else what’s wrong with the world today we’re going backwards forward. Maybe I’m just too demanding.

I haven’t in this place for few months, it’s going downhill. Not as clean it used to be. Bathroom smell. I guess they’re understaffed.

this was my first time here. my first impression was how spacious it is on the inside. Also the dining area is very clean. the staff was friendly and welcome. food came out hot and fast. and the music selection is a vibe ! i will definitely be coming here frequently to eat and study!!!

Great place. Food is delicious and service is fast. Facility is clean and comfortable. Workers are friendly and greet when you enter. When I order on-line, the food is ready when I arrive.

Sadly, I have a bad review. I walked into Einstein Bagels and had 2 people ahead of me. I waited for them to order and 3 more people walked up behind me. The guy taking orders seemed to have it together, but the other 2 behind the counter just stared like zombies, waiting for direction, after each person ordered vs ask people who are waiting, what they're ordering to expedite the line.
All the tables were dirty and the bathroom needed tending to. They weren't busy. I hope this location finds a crew that actually enjoys working there and serving others with good energy.

Staff looked confused and avoiding work. Food was good, but I could have gotten out sooner if they would show a little enthusiasm.

Einstein needs to learn How to cut red onions for Sandwiches....SLIVER CUT is the proper way..not big ugly hunks....thanks

Best place for NY bagels, breakfast/brunch, and coffee!

UNDER STAFFED! They don’t even have time to make coffee or bagels employees are overwhelmed and struggling at this location. Needs better management. They are literally turning people away at its only Noon. Get it together

Verry great people working in this store to serving to customer friendly and with high quality.
Always had a good food.
