Einstein Bros. Bagels

Great food but the building they are in has issues leaks in the ceiling. They keep it extremely cold couldn't stay in there to eat had to take out. Bathroom was out of order.

Ordered online #11225452694249052703 and after waiting nearly 30 minutes for what was to be 15 minutes on order, they forgot to include part of the order. When asked about the missing sandwich, the employee was like oh we were going to ask you about that as we don’t have that bagel to put it on. So had it not been noticed, we would have left without the sandwich. No apologies. Very disappointed.

Normally, when I come to a Einstein Bagels they order at the area you can see the bagels, they decided let's do the opposite and ask them at the register what you want and not see what's available. So I ask the young lady at the cash register do you want to walk with me to the bagels or should I yell them out loud. (Problem 1)
She asked if I wanted them cut, yes, did they do it, no. (Problem 2)
When they called me to pick up the order they said it so quickly like i had to teleport in front of him as soon as he said my name. (Problem 3)
Not sure if I'm getting older and experiencing the new generation dilemma or our education system is failing the young adults in critical and creative thinking skills.

Every time I come in here it always has the most welcoming atmosphere!! every one is always on the go and helping in every which way !! Ryan and Maya are wonderful and very helpful ☺️

The girl cannot hear. We had to come back because our order was put in the system wrong. Cold bagel sandwhich. We came back for our missing bacon and no one except the nice blonde girl came to help. Which btw she had just clocked in. Meanwhile everyone else saw us and didn’t even bother asking if we have been helped. Also, when we asked for our bacon which BTW we paid for -_- they gave it to us cold. Terrible. Service.

It's always a hit or miss at this place. My bagels weren't toasted correctly I guess because they weren't fully cooked. There was barely any cheese on them too. I hesitate to make a stop because I feel like I'm going to waste my money. I gave 3 stars because there were times when the bagels were outstanding and the service was awesome.

Great service today! Their coffee machine is currently not working, but they are doing the best they can. Definitely not easy dealing with customers were not happy. Corporate office needs to do better for this store.

I gave an overall three review because during the week the staff seem very friendly and knowledgeable about their services. I was just there Sunday and my usual tasty turkey didn’t even have half the meat in it & very little cream cheese. The staff looked exhausted and weren’t personable. They didn’t seem to know their job. I also used to get a muffin with my tasty turkey sandwich. I was told today apparently they stopped that and a dill pickle a few years ago. So disappointing. I’ll try them again during the week, but never on a weekend, due to the weekend staff.

Restrooms completely filthy, trash and food on the ground in the dining area then wait 15 minutes to be given the wrong order. At this time they are now out of what we ordered and the managers response is what do you want me to do about it. More of a McDonald’s attitude but guess that Einstein standards now.

5/3/25: UPDATE: I contacted customer service, and they were quick to respond to my concerns. They not only put the cost of the poorly made drink into my account, but they doubled the cost and then some! I'm looking forward to returning to this location to try the chai tea latte again - and a bagel with cream cheese! I'm hoping both are delicious!

5/2/2 5 Original review: I met my girlfriend here for a drink. I usually go to Starbucks. I ordered a large chai tea latte. I was going to ask for almond milk. But NOT for $1.10 extra. I got it 20 minutes later. After I asked for it.

It was cold inside, and my friend wanted to sit outside. Both areas were adequate. But a gentleman was outside, proselytizing to a young man. He was loud enough that I did NOT want to listen.

My friend enjoyed her bagel & cream cheese. But my large chai tea latte should NOT have been served. It had sludge on the top so I mixed it up. Then it was on the bottom. It tasted grainy, and the sludge was undrinkable. I took it to the cashier who referred me to the manager standing nearby, listening. Supposedly the machine was broken and steamed milk was burned. I threw it out. What else could I do?!?!? It should never have been served. I should have been offered a replacement drink or a credit. Totally unsatisfactory.
