This place is actually a joke. The employees here are terrible. You guys stopped cutting sandwiches in half and when specifically asked to do so you still can’t do it. Bagels never come toasted on sandwiches anymore. What am I eat a hamburger? You can’t get portions right we asked for 1 egg and we get 2 we ask for 2 eggs and get one. Cream cheese slopped on the sandwich like a toddler did it. The bagel soggy and disgusting. This place is consistently trash. That’s what happens when your hiring processes are skewed and you only hire based on sexualiity Every single person here is |gbt Liberal awful woke establishment. After coming here for four years I will never step foot in the place again. Easiest job in the world and ur employees can’t even take an order, can’t even make a sandwich. I get more consistency at a Mcdonalds, at a Wendys. Total trash being produced out of this place.

Ordered a bacon and cheddar garlic bagel. Waiting about 10 mins. Only 2 customers and 5 workers behind counter. Soda machine is bad and taste like Lake soda. Needs to be sanitary. Then watched a customer hand back a eaten bagel to be heated up as the worker grabbed it with no protection and just put it in the microwave and handed it back to the customer. My oder was to go...when I get home it had ham on it which leads to this post.NEEDS A MANAGER AND STAFF TRAINING!!

This place to me was always the best Einsteins around. Professional, food was always great, and consistent. In the last few months it’s been hit or miss. Last 5 sandwiches i’ve gotten no one slices it. Im not trying to eat my bagel like a hamburger... It seems like a minuscule problem but that’s the point. People have to eat on the go, they have work, little things like this should be done regardless if y’all are busy or not. Little things like this have been getting overlooked at this location and it’s been quite disappointing.
My co workers and I go here nearly everyday!! I went in today with a big order and got a brunch box and wanted to change some bagels out for different ones, along with muffins and even offered to pay extra! I don't know who the girl was but she was rude and insistent that they could not do that and was yelling across the restaurant. The bagel sandwiches weren't even cut in half. Just very disappointed!

I go here three times a week, on average, so I guess I have to give five stars. Lol. The staff is super friendly and, honestly, I don't know a better place for a bagel and coffee. Everything always seems very fresh. People are kindly greeted (No obnoxious yelling of something like "WELCOME TO MOE'S!!!"). The staff know regular customer's names and orders. Can't ask for much more, really.

Swing and a miss. I ordered a sandwich with an orange juice and was upsold to a meal. I only received the sandwich and the OJ. What I did receive was good. It's just not what I actually ordered or paid for. Maybe next time. I recommend this place, but obviously, I also recommend checking your order.
