I love einstein bagels. People are usually so friendly at these locations, but this place was totally different. Walked up to the counter with my fiance. Made eye contact with the two girls that were working there. The one named Jill turned toward the other girl, whispered something in her ear, and then they both started laughing. They then looked back at my fiance and I.Very rude and unprofessional. When I confronted her about it, she of course denied it.Why do you have people like that working for you? You can see the whole exchange on camera. If you want the receipt number and when it happened, let me know.

Really nice staff and delicious food. But for me, I cannot get over the piercing alarm that rings every single time the door opens. I wanted to stay a while and work, but that noise was just so insanely loud and incessant that I had to leave. Cannot go here if you're looking to stay, and honestly even just for ordering it's so piercing I might choose Dunkin instead.Edit: I'm hoping you might ask the Rally to change their door noise, I do not want a coupon. The people who work there must be sick of it!
