This Firehouse Subs is awesome!! Everyone is so friendly from the time you walk in til the door closes on your way out. I usually get the sweet and spicy meatball sub but they’ve always got really delicious specials. I’ve had the current triple brisket a few times now. The restaurant is clean and spacious and has tvs usually with ESPN or some sports on. It’s a great place to eat

The customer service was extremely poor and racist. I wanted to order a sandwich, and the waiter with the thick beard asked my name and many other questions. Why do they ask such racist questions? And in the end, he asked me to leave the restaurant?

Good subs, good staff
Kind and friendly, but it seemed like the were so focused on checking me out that they didn't ask if I wanted to scan my rewards or round up my final bill, it's like I had to remind them of both. Atmosphere seemed a bit smokey, so not sure if their intake was working properly, but over all it was a good experience and food was good as always! Will give them a second chance!
