Owners are greedy. Refuse to reinvest there huge profits to expand restaurant to accommodate growing clientele. They would rather inconvience the customer and have them wait outside for an hour. Pathetic.

We get pizza there every week and I just wish when we say well done you would cook it well done! Maybe I should say burn it? Maybe it’s just me, but I do not think this pizza is well done at all.

Love their food !!!! but they, like most restaurants, use styrofoam containers and aluminum foil which make the food garbage. Simply using parchment paper to line this could avoid leaching of styrofoam into the food.

The pizza was very good, but I don't recommend getting the ham topping (see photo) on your pizza. The service was also good.

Was not a good night! We come here often, maybe at least two times per month, and the pizza is always good. Not tonight! We ordered two pizzas and ask for both to be well done. Both came undercooked. Server was new and he was horrible.

We live close and love the area golfcarting with our dog. We went to Fireside a couple months ago for the first time and there pizza was the best we ever had! Last night we ordered the same pizza and it was a huge disappointment! It was thin and mushy with a skimpy amount of toppings, but the atmosphere and service were still great. We didn't mind it being a little expensive the first time and tiped well both times anyway. I guess it depends on who is running the kitchen and how busy they are? Were now getting mixed reviews from our friends and neighbors that were all positive when they first opened.

This was our first time trying your pizza and wings! My wife placed an order for a large pizza and 12 wings. The pizza was not crisp at all slimy texture and the chicken wings themselves were good, but who puts onions on buffalo wings, especially without asking!!! The buffalo sauce was watery with no taste other than onion. NOT GOOD!!!
Service terrible. I told server, "Eggplant parmagiano on hero, or hoagie if that is what you call it." She smiles says, "Ok. Do you want a salad?" I said, "No salad. Or give it to her." (person I was with) Food comes out and eggplant, not parm, served on flat pizza dough, with salad on same plate. The girl just flat out ignored the order. Then my friends food comes out and it wasn't what she wanted either. The 'starters' were amazing, so the food is excellent. It is the service that is completely unacceptable. I would never order eggplant on pizza dough.

Ate here for the first time about two weeks ago. This place is awesome! The food is amazing. Eggplant Ripieni were incredible. My wife had the Shrimp Scampi and loved it. I had the Bianca pizza and it was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place.
