little girl at the register need to get a grip and is the actually work and interact with customers i came in 30 mins before close and not greeted and had a atttuide the whole time send her home for the love of all ee ew ew won’t be going back. this was literally like 10 mins ago

Always big hamburgers. I was a little disappointed this time. The tomato was cut to large and when I unwrapped it, everything slipped out. I had to put the burger on a plate and eat it with a knife and fork. I tried several times but it was making a huge mess. Plus I did not ask for mustard and got it anyway. I do not like mustard.

Yummy 😋 100%! I got the bacon burger and my hubby got the bacon cheeseburger both were delicious. The fries are addicting and my husband got a delicious strawberry shake highly recommended.

Just a burger and fries, that cost $51 for a family of 4. Nothing special about the food. Place was clean, so that was good. Not somewhere that we'll eat again though due to cost of food vs. quality of food.

Great burgers, a bag full of fries and delicious shakes!
I’ve always known the food is outstanding at five guys but today was the first time having to deal with management and I had to write this review to say they are genuinely fantastic individuals. The gulf to Bay store and Palm Harbor store were able to coordinate to fix my mistake and as always were able to satisfy a customer with incredible food. Thank you Richard at Palm harbor and thank you to the gulf to bay store.

Food was good as expected from a Five Guys but the girl working the lunch shift level of professionalism was terrible. Making sassy comments about customers (including my 12 year old daughter) out loud is totally unacceptable. One among others, my daughter picked up the food when number was called and said « thank you » and was told « you don’t have to say thank you im just doing my job ». I work in the restaurant industry and would be embarrassed to have such employees at the front of the house. Believe it or not when you are located in a location like East Lake, customers do have a minimum expectation in terms of customer service.

Employees made fun of, laughed, gossiped about, and stared at my sister in law for literally no reason while she waited for her order to be fixed. Terrible, unacceptable behavior and we will not be returning to this location ever again.
