I love little diners when I'm traveling. I was hungry for lunch and saw this diner so I pulled in. Glad I did. The Reuben sandwich was delicious. Crispy bread and filled with corned beef. Service was great.

The first time we went here, we thought we were being ignored, since the tables near us we getting much more attention. Decided to try again. Totally different experience. Our server, a redhead, unfortunately didn't get her name, but she made us feel very welcome. Suggested dishes, greeted our table with cups and a coffee pot. Asked where we were from and seemed genuinely interested in us. We left happy. Went in for a third visit. Our last server wasn't working. The server we ended up with treated us completely different . Our coffee wasn't refilled while tables near us were. Left to feel as we did on our first visit. We are from up north and feel this restaurant practices good old fashioned southern racism.

Flapjacks was a cute little diner style restaurant. The inside was clean and nicely decorated. They offered a nice selection of options, both healthy and indulgent. Everything we ordered was very good. The service was fast and friendly.

First time dining here for a lil sunday brunch. The food we got was all delicious fluffly pancakes and loaded omelettes. All the other food rolling out of the kitchen looked very good as well, all the staff was super friendly and very good service overall. New Brunch spot found for sure!

Today was my first time visiting Flapp Jack's. Normally I don't do any reviews but I'm extremely disappointed. I paid 31 dollars for a chicken ceaser a cup of soup and a turkey club Togo. I spent my hour lunch break basically waiting on my lunch. My chowder was good but my salad was very disappointing. I asked for them to put the dressing on the side because I was running out of time and needed to return to work. The lady told me dressings come on the side. My salad comes out and there is no croutons or parmesan cheese on it. There was diced garlic toast which the menu stated it came with toast. I grabbed a menu to re read the salad toppings to make sure I read it correctly. Someone brought me parmesn chesse which was not the parmsen chesse that goes on a salad it goes on spaghetti. My dressing was on the salad so now I have a salad that's going to be thrown away.

I work close by. First time I ordered my to go they forgot to put meat on my sandwich. Went back and they fixed it. Second time the server did not put my order in for just soup. Owner or manager brought it to my job, but it was ice cold. This is third time, no pickles on a Cuban. It's not really a Cuban like that. I gave it a chance but sadly they can't get it right.

Flapjacks is allowing dogs inside their restaurant in clear violation of F.S. 413.08. Dogs are welcome outside the facility, but not inside where I witnessed a small breed white poodle/maltese type dog sitting on the bench seat of a booth this morning. I’m not about to have dog hair or dander in my food. Terrible practice by Flapjacks. I hope the Health Department comes down on you for this horrendous violation. This dog was a pet not a service dog as described in the statutes.the dog owner was not blind or deaf as I observed his normal behavior.

We went here for breakfast while visiting family before leaving on the next leg of a road trip. This place was so great. It's like an old-fashioned diner. It has that small and personal feel. Our waitress was wonderful, the food was absolutely amazing. I wish I would have know about this place sooner. We would have been there every morning while in town.
