Amanda is phenomenal. We had an issue with our order yesterday & she made it right today. Very kind & caring!
95% of the time our orders have been perfect & delicious.

We love coming in here for smoothies and juices! The food is fresh and the staff is very friendly. Aubrey always makes the best food and is so pleasant when she waits on us. Five stars all the way for local healthy dining!

Terrible experience with Amanda, the manager of the Palm Harbor location. I would not be doing this review if she simply would have given me her district managers contact information but she refused. I was her first customer of the morning and all I ordered was a simple celery juice, no ice. She wouldn't take the 50 bill so I went and got a 10 bill from my truck. She started making the juice and when the juice was half full she walked over to the sink and filled a glass with tap water from the sink and poured it through the juicer and I watched it be added to my pure celery juice. I asked her to remake because I do not drink tap water and I'm paying for 100 percent celery juice. She went back and said she was out of celery and argued with me about how she did nothing wrong. I had asked for her managers name and phone number in the beginning and she refused and that is the only reason I'm doing this review. Amanda was very unprofessional walking around the store huffing and puffing with an attitude. She did tell me to take my 10 back but her defensiveness and unprofessional attitude made this a horrible experience. And the fact that they add tap water to what you think is 100 vegetable is obviously a problem.

Fruit wasn’t ripe and I don’t think they put any Nutella on my Grain and Berry bowl- which I get every time I go. 😟

Waited for over 15 minutes while two workers one of them keeps going back and fourth while the other is doing a sandwich. No one ask for our order, no one even said I'll be with you in a second, no one even greeted us, no one did anything and on my way out I said thank you for not taking our order one of the worker response np have a good day. Seriously this place used to be a good place but now I see why no one goes there again it's empty only me and another diner and no one was even helping us

I always love coming here for a treat with my family. The food is delicious and I know the bowls will always satisfy our healthier sweet tooth. I’ve had multiple wonderful encounters with staff members here, and they have always been so accommodating to my young children and patience with our chaos.

I especially was impressed with the kindness of an employee named Hayley who not only greeted us warmly upon entering, but genuinely engaged with my toddler son who needed a lot of patience and reassurance when he was needing some help ordering. 😅 She went above and beyond to make my family feel at home and comfortable dining in the restaurant.

Would of course recommend this location!

My favorite G&B location. The staff is so nice and they take care to make things right. It’s pleasant to dine in, and their açaí bowls are excellent. I also like all their options for avocado toast! Also, they play really good music!!

The food is usually quite good. However, this location doesn't put nearly enough nut butter on the acai boss, and it's all on top of the fruit, so you can't really mix it in.

Also, the music is always so loud. Last time I was in they had some poor girl doing computer training at a table with AV/DC blaring on the overhead... just very jarring. It keeps me from going in more.

The employees are so kind and patient. The place is so clean and not busy. Their Halloween decorations are very cute as well.

This particular Grain and Berry location is special because of Amanda, I believe she may be a manager. Her positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond always makes my day! Every time we stop in for a smoothie, açaí bowl, or even just picking up dinner to-go, Amanda’s kindness reminds me there are so many good people in this crazy world! I can count on excellent customer service and a delicious treat every time!

The food tastes so good!
Tasting that good, it probably has a lot of carbs but they are truly good tasting carbs. Everything is made as you order. Lots of healthy, fresh fruits vegies and grains. Everything very fresh and awesome. Chopped salads is another option.

David is awesome. Great customer service and very knowledgeable.
