What a great scam for 14 dollars, so that the cup can be seen full they add a lot of granola instead of fruit and I also found a piece of plastic in my cup I almost choked, how unpleasant, don't go to that store go to the one in Gulf To Bay

Very disappointed. Hoping it was a one-time thing and they haven’t gone downhill. Ordered the build your own açai bowl and they put a half a banana a sprinkle of blueberries and a teaspoon of strawberries sitting in a bowl of melted room temp açaí. The lady that was making it was actually teaching someone else how to make the bowls. I’ve been here many times and they put a ring of banana around the outside. They put a full scoop of strawberry and a full scoop of blueberry and a nice fresh bowl of semi frozen açai.. with tap and Tips paying $16 I was just really very disappointed today. Ugh I was so looking forward to it too

Toxic work environment that doesn’t care for their employees and allows bullying from management. Unprofessional and ridiculous in every sense of the word.

The manager is extremely unprofessional and treats her employees like trash. And as a past employee I'll also mention; they purposely go out of their way to give you less food/don't want their employees to offer you more that would be included in the price/free. Do not waste your time or money here

This is my go to place for a cool refreshing meal with lots of vitamins. Great for someone working outside! And especially being a vegetarian!

I can’t say enough about how much I love this little cafe. There really is something for everyone here. The food is fresh, beautiful, and unique. The menu has a lot of healthy options that feel like indulgent treats. Their ingredients are all on display and most are real fruits and veggies all freshly prepared. An açaí bowl on a hot day is so refreshing. My favorites are the ones that come with coconut shavings on top. The staff here are all so pleasant and friendly too. Some of the items are more labor intensive (everything is made fresh to order) and take a little longer to prepare but they seem to be well staffed most of the time so the waits are never too long and are always worth it. They have a lot of cool plant based treats that make a nice alternative to ice cream (especially if you have vegans in your group).

Used to love this place and ordered often. Disappointed with the customer service. Ordered a design a bowl through the Incentivo app, it arrived missing an ingredient. Called the store and spoke with Laura who offered me a full refund, which I thought was extremely generous. Came back in person to the store to order another bowl a few days later and asked about the credit since it hadn’t posted back in my bank account yet, and was told by Laura and another worker that it would take a few days (though it had already been a few days). Called a couple weeks after to ask Laura about the credit and haven’t heard back. It’s been almost a month and still no credit has posted. I haven’t ordered from G&B since
