Been going here for a while. The food is consistently flavorful and just the right balance of sweet, savory, and spicy. General Tsao’s Chicken is my favorite. The staff is friendly, the portions are generous, and it’s just an all-around satisfying experience every time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for reliable, tasty Chinese food!

We highly recommend Happi Chinese. We are vacationing in Palm Harbor & wanted Chinese. They didn’t let us down. We had egg Rolls General Tso, Orange Chicken, House Lo Main & Chinese Donuts. All very good. Service was excellent.
Delicious! I kind of got used to just accepting bad Chinese food down here in Florida, with dried out chicken and bland food. I’m so happy to have finally found a good Chinese place with food that I look forward to having! I recommend the orange chicken. The shrimp toast was good. I had veggie lo mein and they put so many vegetables which was so nice so I will be back.

Another just okay Chinese takeout. Our mains (General Tso's & Beef w/ Broccoli) were very blah and so was the rice.
The dumplings were amazingly good! We will probably order again and just get apps they were so good.
