Order around 4:00 pm and receive my pizza about 6:00. Due to the fact they were busy and had no delivery drivers. So they had a doordash driver deliver it and he delivered to the wrong place, I had to call and have it reordered to have it redelivered.

Love Jets pizza and it's a great inexpensive Detroit style. I love the deep dish 8 corner version. I wouldn't compare it to NY style but it's a great alternative if you like thick crunchy crust. (For NY style thin chewy crust maybe look elsewhere although I haven't tried Jets traditional style.) Atmosphere isn't really relevant for a takeaway place. It was clean though.

The first couple of times I had their pizza it was great. I asked for regular pepperoni and bold pepperoni the first time I asked for it like that it was great they spread them out to cover the whole pizza the second time they put the bold on top of the regular. Then when I called they said they couldn't do it that way. But they already had done it on my previous order. The person I spoke with about their mistake was extremely rude. Pizza tastes great but not for the mess ups and the attitude. Won't order here again.
