I used to come here all the time and never had an issue! I personally love jimmy johns, but was super surprised and disappointed that no one was wearing gloves or hairnets. I found a hair in my sandwich and was so grossed out by it. When I asked to have my un-wich remade they said no and that the hair was not a big deal...? Ew??? Offered no refund or customer support. Wont go back to this location. Won't let me add photos but I have pictures of the hair in my unwich

Love the new Toasted Sandwiches! Got the #9 Italian Night Club toasted and now it's my new favorite (I get mine with no veggies), edging out the #10 Hunter's Club. Staff was friendly and dining room was super clean. Great location!

Jimmy John's has the best subs. Love to add the peppa de peppers! And this specific Jimmy John's has a drive-thru which is so convenient. I need one closer to my house!!

Food arrived and the driver had spilled the drinks all over the sandwiches soaking through. The remainder of the sandwiches had stale bread. Straws were missing as were the napkins. This place used to be excellent when the franchise owner first opened it. Sad.
Had new Mediterranean wrap was very delicious . Service was very nice , the guys work here are very friendly , helpful and fast. Will definitely recommend this place if you guys in palm harbour must try this place.

We ordered their catering bundles for our office lunch. Everything was delicious. My order was ready when I got there to pick it up. I was packaged nicely and they helped me load my vehicle. We had plenty of napkins, cutlery, and condiments. I recommend having your lunch catered by this location. Thank you for an amazing lunch!!
