I used to come here all the time and never had an issue! I personally love jimmy johns, but was super surprised and disappointed that no one was wearing gloves or hairnets. I found a hair in my sandwich and was so grossed out by it. When I asked to have my un-wich remade they said no and that the hair was not a big deal...? Ew??? Offered no refund or customer support. Wont go back to this location. Won't let me add photos but I have pictures of the hair in my unwich

Love the new Toasted Sandwiches! Got the #9 Italian Night Club toasted and now it's my new favorite (I get mine with no veggies), edging out the #10 Hunter's Club. Staff was friendly and dining room was super clean. Great location!

Food arrived and the driver had spilled the drinks all over the sandwiches soaking through. The remainder of the sandwiches had stale bread. Straws were missing as were the napkins. This place used to be excellent when the franchise owner first opened it. Sad.

We ordered their catering bundles for our office lunch. Everything was delicious. My order was ready when I got there to pick it up. I was packaged nicely and they helped me load my vehicle. We had plenty of napkins, cutlery, and condiments. I recommend having your lunch catered by this location. Thank you for an amazing lunch!!

Ordered food from them through the doordash app and because JJ uses their own drivers I can't track the order. And there is no freaky fast with this store, more like when we feel like it.
Food was pretty good, though maybe a tad light on the meat. Delivery was a little slower than expected for being less than a mile away.
Only real issue was the delivery itself. Driver chucked my order next to my front door even though I never selected that option when I ordered. Also gave me no indication my order was here, couldn't even bother to knock or ring the doorbell. I'm supposed to know my order is sitting out there how exactly?

THEN after leaving a formal complaint on the website the OWNER called me argued with me. Told me I was wrong and asked us to please eat elsewhere. No problem buddy NO PROBLEM. Unbelievable customer service.

the only thing positive i have to say about this place, is they have fast service. My co-workers and I ordered lunch from them. and we got the new pesto caprese wrap. and let me just say it was nothin less than disappointing. they charged me and extra $2.50 to sub the salami for turkey and only gave me one slice of turkey. it was so much balsamic dressing one all of our wraps that u couldnt taste any other flavors. it was literally pouring from the wrap. between the four of us we spent over $50 not including the tips we gave for food that wasnt even edible. now we see was the service is so fast its like they just threw our food together and drowned it in dressing. we will not be ordering from them again. and our food did not look like the picture advertised our money would of been better spent at carabbas for the soup and salad thanks for a horrible lunch
