I grew up where the original Jimmy John's first opened so not only is JJ's nostalgic, it also comes with sometimes unreasonably high expectations. This Jimmy John's had very friendly employees- everyone was in a good mood and busy, I had fresh bread on a well-made sandwich (Italian Nightclub), and the place was SO clean! We were going to get our sandwiches to go, but decided to stay and eat our food at the clean table while chatting, relaxing, and listening to the staff enjoy their job and each other. Got a Sandwich meal and went i got home there was a man’s facial hair in sandwich. Called to bring Sandwich with hair in it back for my refund because obviously I don’t want another. And I was told because I paid cash they will not do refund? So now I have to go back out and pay for another meal else where plus be out of my money? What a huge inconvenience. Will never go back.

I gave this one star because there was no zero. We simply called to ask if we could turn a sandwich into a wrap like many other competitors do. The person that answered the phone said just a minute and asked a manager, but didn’t put us on hold. The manager then answered “F*%k NO, tell that A**hole to read the menu”. I WILL NOT BE BACK AND WE FREQUENTLY ATE HERE. I am extremely disappointed,with the economy as it is you would think a manager would want business.

Food is good, when the order is right…..last 3 times order was wrong. I ordered a Pepe with bacon they gave me Pepe with pickles and charged me for bacon, then they sent me a replacement without Bacon just a normal Pepe. Today I went there and ordered Pepe with bacon and I always ask for it cut in half. It says cut in half on receipt but not cut. I tried to rip it in half to split with my kid and the bacon went flying….. small issues, happen once okay, twice okay but come on look at the order it takes 2 seconds to confirm everything on the order

We stopped in here for lunch on Sat , we were greeted by the owner ,after we got our food , Blaine the owner came over gave us a sample of their new browny , he shared with us how they make the bread he was so nice , the rest of the staff were all very nice and helpful I had the Tuna club and my best friend had the turkey club, both were outstanding
