Wow we were there yesterday and it was all fantastic! Great food and great value, and the managers are wonderful and so friendly and thorough! We've decided that's going to be a regular breakfast place from now on!

Love this place! Veteran owned small business. Food is consistently excellent, staff is warm, welcoming and makes everyone feel at home. Try it, you won't regret it and I guarantee you will be back time and time again.

We walked in for breakfast and were seated quickly. Coffee and juice was good. I got the protein burrito and my wife got the fitness breakfast. Both were very good and came with a side of fruit. The manager was active with customers and the staff was snappy. I saw him give a couple orders, but no one was waiting for anything. They were all moving and keeping refills coming. Excellent service and food. I'm not sure about vegetarian or vegan, but several healthy choices. Highly recommended.

Got the shrimp and grits, 10/10. White chocolate Frappuccino 10/10. Customer service 10/10. Couldn’t take a Picture of my plate because it was gone too quick.

Tried Johnny Grits today — a true mom-and-pop breakfast/lunch spot with a welcoming vibe. The staff was super friendly and even though the place was packed, the wait moved faster than expected.

Food highlights:
• The Rooster was delicious — definitely recommend.
• Chicken & waffles were great too, nice balance of sweet and savory.
• The Miami’s was decent, but I think it would’ve been better with less orange juice.
• The traditional 2/2/2 was the only letdown — portion size was pretty small.

They also have outdoor seating, which is a nice plus on a good day. Overall, solid neighborhood breakfast spot worth checking out!

Great food, great service, great little place. Had the shrimp and grits, the blue crab eggs Benedict and grits, and the blue crab omelette and grits. They were all delicious with nice portions. Definitely worth a visit.
