3rd time going to KFC and it felt like there was no one here. I got starry and tropicana of course, very tasty. The chicken tenders were really good, and I even go more when I was done, the only reason I did not give 5 stars is because every time I go to KFC, there's always something hard that I can't chew inside the chicken, and I get boneless all the time. At the end of the day, I give KFC a high tier 4 stars. YOU SHOULD COME HERE!

This KFC is altering the foil bowl for the chicken pot pie, therefore reducing the amount of filling inside the chicken pot pie. This means the nutrition facts KFC is providing is not accurate for what this location is serving. This location should be ashamed of themselves. I ordered 4 chicken pot pies and all 4 were the same with the bottom of the bowl crumbled and dented up to make it smaller. Even then, the pot pie was not filled enough to keep the top of the crust from collapsing down. The filling barely covered the bottom of the bowl. This location is robbing their customers with these cost cutting measures and does not represent KFC values. I certainly don't want to eat what little filing you provided from a crumbled bowl.

Went and ordered food was out in like under 10 minutes. Got the $24 meal with 6 pieces with like 3 sides i think and bisquits. Sides were a lil small but it was still good. And I got a lemon cake. Drink too. All about $36. Out in under 10 minutes. Fantastic. Was not busy at time. Young man at counter was wonderful sorry I didnt get name. Food was great..just like I remembered growing up

Absolutely filthy establishment. Simple mistake in an order turned into a nasty manager. I asked for honey barbecue boneless nuggets. I received plain nuggets with a side, dipping sauce of honey mustard. Gentlemen who took my order, asked me to pull aside no one had came out at which one I came inside and explained I did not get what I ordered. Manager had very rudely asked for the Nuggets back so that she could take them back over the counter where I watched her sauce them up. Followed by very rudely assuming that I did not order it correctly and then followed up with saying she wasn’t the one that took the order so she doesn’t know. The entire lobby was a mess. I would go to any KFC about this one.

I like KFC but I rarely go because service is so bad. I went to the palm harbor location for the first time in years and was blown away by the service. Three different people greeted me and all three were so pleasant. I’ll definitely be back soon.
