place is filthy and disgusting. when you walk in lobby is well walls need redoing. and the black mold needs to be taken care of. the same thing with behind the counter. Gross. machines are broken or not working properly. chicken isn't fresh. all the sides are made quickly and with hands not clean. poor management. poor communication. judgemental children.

Ordered from here on two different nights. Well before closing, I'll add. Night 1 they just canceled it after delivery driver sat there for 40 mins. Night 2 they leave out half the order and the mac n cheese was dry

Absolutely awful, do not go to this KFC location. The restaurant smelled like mold and really old fry oil, and you could tell the employees did not care at all. They had a limited menu and wait times were ridiculous. I guessing they won’t be open much longer.

I always go to the place, I always tip and today the attendant was in a bad mood, she thought I wasn't going to pay just because I ordered the soda that was in her hand, she kicked me out of the storeand she still danced behind my back, that's why the place is empty and she will never move up in life, she will always be a mediocre attendant

Why can't I use my free redeem offer? Because this location doesn't want anything to do with customers, they only take paper coupons not digital which doesn't make sense. Franchise or corporate should be the same.

Ordered on app 1 hour before pickup and still wasn't ready. Kids are not working but having fun dancing around. This was Sunday afternoon. I will not step foot in this place again. I also had to go over each item I purchased, and they missed something. I'm glad I was there to catch it. Please hire older people they have loyalty and professionalism. Kids don't care all they know is "I need more money"

The place was fantastic, although the interior of the place is a little run down, you gotta give credit to the food. The food was instant and excellent, it was generally consistent. And don't get me started on the fries, it was crunchy and tasted wonderful.

Ordered through the app and they gave me 2 spicy chicken sandwiches with hardly any spicy sauce and nuggets without any of the dipping sauce I ordered. The only thing more infuriating then no one doing any quality check before the order was bundled up and considered complete is the fact NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE to reach someone regarding incorrect or incomplete orders!

The food was good. I tried the new chicken nuggets. The two women working the drive through window are very rushed. When I got to the window to pay and they started to give me my order, it was not the nuggets, but a sandwich. The women at the window caught it before she handed me my food and called out the employee that passed the food. This is the second time this happens on us getting the wrong food today. I caught it early before I left the window but last week my daughter went and had to drive back around and the woman behind the glass told the other girl I'm not dealing with this I already gave her the wrong food so now you deal with it which doesn't seem like it's very professional to me.

My order had to be repeated 3x, no biggie but then my order had 2 errors and most of my food was old and dry like it had been sitting for hours but this was lunchtime when the food ? should have been fresh. That's not the worst part, though. We came in to eat inside. One door was blocked off, so you had to walk around. No big deal also, right!? Except, the area was dangerous on the inside and not properly blocked off. Before we ordered, my daughter and I went to use the bathroom, and it was not very good. This should've clued me in to looking around before ordering, but she's little, and I knew she was really hungry. I mean, it's 2024, and there was a really old 80s-style wallpaper border on the wall by the ceiling for starts. Everything was in bad shape. Ok, sorry to skip around. Back to the order. While waiting for our order to be fixed, I started looking around, and it was beyond shocking. So I looked even more. The place was not just in complete disarray, but it looked unsanitary because there was all this wallpaper peeling off the walls, revealing--- black mold. I kid you not. So I took pics of other things. This place is run down and run by someone who is not willing to invest. That tells me they aren't going to take care of their customers. The fries were inedible, and the chicken was so dry. When we left, I looked around, and there was spray paint all over the sidewalk and stuff where they did a lousy paintjob... Fast food can bring in big bucks. I know it's not the most popular chain restaurant but come on. Someone (and not just the owners) is doing a lousy job and should shut this store down. ? Also, what is with the Halloween decorations!?
