This is tough. The food and beer was amazing. The .22 magnum beer is probably one of the best beers I've ever had. The problem is there service. We arrived around 6:15 and didn't get food for over 1.5 hours later. We asked the server and they only had one cook. It's ashame because they have so much potential. I would definitely go back for the beer but for food, it wasn't worth the long wait so don't come hungry expecting quick service. They need to hire more cooks and it would be an easy 5 stars.

Gotta give this place big props! Very tasty selection of beers, including the original Budweiser beer from Czech known as Budvar. Their 44 Magnum bourbon barrel aged ale is outstanding. Food is very good too. Try the bacon wrapped pretzel.

Great restaurant for German and Austrian food. I didn't realize Austrian potato salad has a different taste than German potato salad. It was very good. Many schnitzels to choose from. Sandwiches, wings and fresh made bratwurst to choose from. Very friendly service.

Awesome food, something as simple as sour kraut made from family recipe was best I've ever had. Made from scratch so few extra minutes in preparation but so worth the effort. Interesting brews from a 22 proof beer to German favorites and even IPA'S ?. So many choices. Affordable high quality food in neighborhood setting. Try this hidden gem.

Great food and atmosphere! We like the pizza but it's not always available due to the restaurant being really busy. Not a problem, plenty of other great things on the menu. It seems people on here need to be more understanding of staff. Food takes longer when it's busy! Waitstaff, bartenders are always very nice.

Let me start off my saying, I love the food at Lagerhaus. It's amazing!!! I went on Monday with my mother and stepfather, to celebrate Mother's Day. My mother is battling stage four colon cancer and drove after chemo to meet me. Again, the food was amazing, but the waiter, not so much, he was disengaged and acted as if we were a bother or burden to him. Sure, we got our food and he waited on us, but could care to less to speak to us. My stepfather made a few jokes, yeah they aren't funny, but nothing from him. Life is too short, and if you can't see that from my mom, you need to make a career change.

I was very disappointed with the restaurant. The food was ok but the staff was questionable. I ordered Jager Schnitzel with sauerkraut and it came out with potatoes. When I told the waiter it was to have sauerkraut and not the potatoes he acted dumbfounded and had an attitude of oh-well and sure did not offer to fix “his” error. I told him to bring the correct side, he had a confused look on his face, and he finally did bring a really small side bowl of sauerkraut and he had the nerve to charge $6 extra for something that was to be included in the meal.I did not see it on the bill initially as my son-in-law was treating us to dinner, but he told me about it later and he just did not want to make a scene.Very disappointed that the restaurant would treat customers that way.Oh and while the schnitzel was good, the sauerkraut was probably the worst I have ever had in my life.

Great schnitzel, beer, and service. Matt aka Helga Von Swallow will give you the best service!

My Dad and I were out for a cold delicious beer and a meal and after being turned away from LBC with his service dog we ended up here... now take my word for it and Do NOT judge this place by it's front entrance! The back patio is wonderful, pond side with tree canopy that is both pet and handicap friendly. The service was amazing and the food was even better. I had a schnitzel on my servers suggestion and was blown away! They even canned their own beer to send home with us. I can not wait to return

Made 2 visits in one trip first and last. Slow service, metal music very loud way above an ambiance setting. I think they have an identity problem, loud music, sub par service, bland food but hey it's a German restaurant. Lived in the area 16 yrs thought I would give it a shot. Pulled up thought it was closed (7pm) on a Friday plenty of parking should have given me the hint I needed to move on. Dust dripping from the lights, hey the bathroom was cleaned at 11:15 so that was only 8 hrs ago. Best part... you get a side salad ( I mean side too) but the price of lettuce has gone up like 400% so it will cost you a $1 extra. $77 with tip.2 people. Not going back. They need to call John Tapper from bar rescue place needs a good overhaul and identity, ain't German. Based on reviews I'm sure the owner or manger will blast back with unprofessional remarks.

My wife and felt like some German food and beer tonight so we hit our normal place, Lagerhaus. It was nice out so we sat in the biergarten and ordered up two nice beers which were served with a perfect and creamy head. I ordered the wiener schnitzel with the grilled veggies. The schnitzel covered the whole plate with the veggies underneath. It was fried perfectly crisp and tender. The veggies were grilled with some nice char, exactly the way I like them. She had the burger cooked to medium with speatzel which were both on point. When we were done we realized that both plates were completely clean. Our server paid the perfect amount of attention to us even though we were the only ones outside at 5 PM. Lagerhaus, we will see you again soon.

We came here for a late lunch and to enjoy the beer garden by the lake. The food was great!! My husband had the home made brats, which were delicious by the way, and I had the authentic Wiener Schnitzel which reminded me of home (Bavaria). My husband and I also enjoyed their authentic warm German potato salad and of course their German beer. We can't wait to visit again and try out some more of their delicious German food. Oh and not to forget, Anne was a great server/bartender which made the experience so enjoyable. We love her energy.

Max was our waiter tonight. Amazing service and a great time as always. The mother-in-law dipping for the wings was great…. Well it was the thought that counts
