When we were seated they told us the kitchen was running 30 min behind. After 1 hour and 45 mins without any food, and talking to the manager we left. We won’t ever be back again.We came because of the valspar tournament, at least that was good.

The service was a little slow, took a while to get our drink order taken and then the drinks delivered to the table. Our waitress was very good, very nice, I think the problem was the restaurant was very crowded and a little understaffed. We had the Salmon and fish tacos, both were excellent.

The food was great, cooked fresh and abundant!! Great variety. Hoping you do this style more often. Best service. Great pastrami, ribs and nacho dip. Cocktails were available however, the bartender had trouble making the correct drink. The wait staff was new but did a great job. !

Sunday night was supposedly make your own flatbread pizza night. Upon showing up and requesting to make our pizzas they told us they ran out at lunch time! Also the kids menus that where provided could not be read as they had obviously ran out of ink in the printer but continue to distribute the menus out. Also, one of the TVs in the main area was set to the Scientologist channel. A beautiful setting with great staff but very poorly managed with no quality control in place.

We had a fabulous dinner tonight. Each meal came out perfectly cooked, presentation spot on and the service was flawless. Hernando did a great job for us from the beginning to end. He was enthusiastic and sincere and a top notch waiter.

It was the first time my boyfriend and I have been to Innisbrook and we were absolutely obsessed with Salamander Grille. So obsessed that we ate there 3 times during our weekend stay. The service was excellent. I specifically remember the name of our one server Michelle who was the sweetest & just super helpful. And the food was delicious and consistent each time. The burger was our fav and the fish tacos were next level! 10/10 definitely would recommend!
Food was overpriced. I had a burger that was 19 dollars. It came with lukewarm fries and a very overdone burger ( supposed to be medium). Cocktails were very expensive at 19 dollars but was pretty good. I'd skip it it next time.

Great place to have good food and chill. Service is always awesome. This is a mainstay for us and we eat there often. We are never disappointed. The view of the golf course is beautiful!

Our reservation was not ready when we arrived. We did not get the inside seating that we had indicated on Open Table. The host said they had no note that we had requested this. Our only option - after a wait - was outside seating where it was uncomfortably warm, with the band (who was very good - but LOUD) nearby so that we could not even hear the person sitting next to us. The evening was saved when our server helped us move inside to a side room where we were able to end our evening on a high note! She was excellent and we enjoyed the food. This survey asks if we would recommend this restaurant and that is difficult to answer. From a food and entertainment stand point - yes. From a management stand point - no.

Dining experience elevated! I had to say a few words about our stay and specifically mention Salamander grill. Each morning breakfast and evening dinner for the week we were met with a smile and eventually knew us by name. Food was great, portions were good and service was outstanding; we even joined for trivia night Thursday evening. Lisa was the server that we will remember until the next time we visit.
