Tables dirty with trash. Good tasted old.. But,other than that your typical McDonalds that has been run into the ground! Trying order from kiosk..what a joke!

I asked for a spoon to stir my tea but it was not included. I appreciate that they added the sugar in the tea but they didn't stir it or give me what I needed to do it. I drive all day and don't have time for many extra stops in between.

If yall are “closed for cleaning” maybe u should change the app to where it says closed instead of letting people use points and spend money just to have to wait 15 minutes to use the rewards again.

Placed my food online and used my rewards. I drove up to the window and there was a written sign saying “ we’re closed for deep cleaning until 5 AM” it was 12. If y’all are closed maybe don’t let people place online orders and use points.

Where to start? Asking to “hold” when we are the only car in the drive-thru. The cold cardboard fries that even my kids wouldn’t eat?? How does the manager let that happen unless it was intentional? Another sad review for fast food unfortunately. An absolute waste of our money tonight and no one cares.
Check your bag before you pull away from the drive thru ! I didn’t get half of the stuff that they charged me for and I didn’t find out until I got home. Learn from my mistake. Don’t trust the drive thru people
