We placed a mobile order as we wanted to quickly get food as it was cold outside we didn’t want to wait and had a horrible experience due to the overnight manager amanda being EXTREMELY rude , when we arrived we were told to look over the menu and then ignored so even though we pre placed an order we waited for roughly ten minutes as we thought they might have been busy , after waiting we said hello to try to get someone’s attention and she rudely came on to the speaker we then explained we had placed a mobile order to which she rudely replied “ okay and i said i would be with you in a minute “ we then said okay my bad trying to be nice despite the rude treatment to which she just repeatedly said excuse me then finally told us to go to the third window to which we were surprised there was nobody around so they couldn’t have been busy , finally another worker kindly brought us our food and apologized for the other workers actions as they had heard through the headset which was appreciated but someone else shouldn’t be taking accountability for things they did not do . this is also not the first time we have had a negative experience with this manager

Some of the best service I have ever had at a McDonald’s, if not the best. A young man named Isaac was very cordial and helpful with our order, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere the entire time. 🙂

Called ahead to verify order and they told me no, when I get to the store drive thru they don’t verify again they just have you wait in line. The Hispanic girl in the window is usually very condescending, everyone seems miserable to be here they should quit!

NEVER GO HERE.. charged us for someone else’s order then proceeded to give us a refund but paid to separate ways said the refund was gonna show up in my bank account never did. Went back the same day spoke to a girl name (Brittany) AKA Shannon she gave us a fake name then told us to come back the next day to speak to the general manager.. proceeded to come back and spoke to manager on duty she said that the GM wasn’t there on weekend. We are out $55 when the meal only costed $6. Such a shit show at this place

Drove alllll the way up here just to be told they could not process my online order because they was doing an update!!!! Would not give me my order I paid for even when I have the receipt on my phone . What a waste of time I know this is just because they didn’t want to make the food this morning . Waste of time and gas thanks again McDonald’s how do you stay in business
