I was here eating normal dinner and I note afternoon shift has a lot of lidership between themself. This is amazing because people only see by outside but I perfectly know inside is complicated. On the 20 mins I was there I noted how afternoon manager was taking differents order at same time, I was paying attention to details, my order was perfect, customers were always happy, no mistakes at orders, dinner room clean, bathrooms clean, good work enviroment inside the kitchen
My 20 mins stay there has been one of the most wonderfull on my McDonalds experiencie

This place can’t NEVER get my orders right, I’m always treated terrible as if I’m not a CUSTOMER OF YOURS. Front window guy Ripped a 20$ bill I paid with to tell me he can’t take it anymore. You order a large they give you a small, you order ice cream they give you a coffee and say oh well that’s what you paid for, rip your money and don’t even smile at the pick up window I can continue but you get the point. It’s sad to see how terrible the customer service and quality of services is nowadays. Definitely won’t be heading here again. I’d rather spend my money some where else that actually cares about their people and quality of service.

Been going to this location for years. Definitely best in the area. My most recent experience was very good and I wanted to post about it. Chicken nuggets and fries were so fresh and hot, not overcooked. My burger was assembled neatly and they even remembered my extra special request side of mac sauce (most locations forget it). Friendly and quick service! Will be continuing to bring my business to this location! Great staff!

I got a snack mcflurry with extra oreos smh!!!! They use to stir cookies in the ice cream now they got lazy only on top were I paid for extra at 🤬I don't like to be cheated outta my food 🎯 nor do I think anyone period 💯

I went through the drive thru. I ordered two filet o fish sandwiches and two cokes. Not one employee said anything didn't tell us the total just reached out and took my card. Handed me back my card. No thank you, just turned his back to me. So i pull up to the window to get my food. She just handed me my cokes and the bag of food. Again not one word spoken. No thank you, have a good day. Go to hell. NOTHING! i then pull out one of the sandwiches and it's a complete mess. I wanted to throw it out the window. I will NEVER AGAIN GO TO THIS McDonald's. For what we are paying for food it should at least be quality, with quality service and you won't find it here. I want to share a picture of the food but it won't let me.
This McD is gross. I got a quarter pounder meal. The quarter pounder was so drenched in grease the entire bottom bun was saturated. They did quickly offer to make me another. It didn't do much good. As soon as I picked it up approx a tablespoon of grease came pouring off into the box and more down my shirt. Let's put it this way-it was so greasy the cheese slid right off it. Nope. I'm done with this location. I just moved near this one but i will gladly drive the xtra 5 miles to my old location

Every time I come to this location, the staff is absolutely unfriendly and rude! I’m very rarely come to this location at all. This has got to be the worst! Even the managers are rude.
