We used to stop by a few times a month, almost weekly, but the past year or so the quality has really declined. The frozen yogurt has tasted off and is almost soupy before you even check out, the toppings are low/empty and messy and what's there, it seems like it's been sitting out for awhile. In the last handful of times we've stopped, the only time the staff has spoken is when the screen comes up for a tip and they tell me I can tip them. Unfortunate because we...
Overall the frozen yogurt is delicious. The staff working there was very pleasant. I will say outside they should take out the trash especially on a hot day. It smelled like hot trash right before you walk in which almost made us walk away. When we got inside everything was good but sitting inside today was not an option because the hot trash smell was coming in every time someone opened the door. Also the tables could have used a little TLC.
Very easy to order - just grab a cup, pick however many flavors of frozen yogurt you want and as much of each as you want, and self-serve as many toppings as you want. Pop on the scale, pay, and go.
