FUNNY STORY ! I PLACED A ORDER ON THE APP AND MY ORDER WENT TO THIS STORE BY A MISTAKE . I SPOKE TO THE GM AND HE REFUNDED THE ORDER RIGHT AWAY ! Great guy . IF THE STAFF IS ANYTHING LIKE HIM THEN YOU WILL ALWAYS HAVE A PLEASANT TIME HERE !

Amazing place to sit down and eat at, the staff is fantastic and you can tell the food is actually real. The manager Larry is great making sure everytime im in its a awesome experience. That's why I come here almost every day

The chicken was cold and they didn’t have tofu. Service was good, but I probably won’t go back because-no tofu, which was why I went there in the first place. The chicken was a substitution (I prefer tofu) and the portion was too small (not enough protein). The experience wasn’t good enough to merit a second visit.

They are very skimpy when it comes to the meat. I had a $15 bowl and there was probably 5 pieces of chicken in it, the rest was loaded with rice and vegetables.

I stopped by this Moe’s location and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming right when I walked in. My burrito was fresh, made just how I wanted, and everything tasted really good. The place was clean, and the service was quick. It’s a solid spot for a casual, satisfying meal. I’ll definitely be back.

Hannah and her crew are always kind and helpful. They interact so well with my son, helping distract him so I can run through our order and get out.

The 2 girls that work there Joel's and Bailey run a tight ship at the Moe's in Palm Harbor on US 19 good service and the cleanest Moe's I've been in, I'm going out of my way tonight to go to Moe's. The one I normally go to on Gulf to Bay at the old Clearwater Mall is the dirtiest Moe's I've been too. Heading to Palm Harbor Moe's now. Thanks to the 2 girl's that keep that one worth going to !

That was the rudest associate I have dealt with in many years, perhaps you should find a manager who can look across the street at the Chipotle and realize how busy they are because they give good customer service! Terrible, you’ll never see me back at this location again, and I love and would rather choose Moe’s any day!

Everything is good here but the rice was actually really hard and undercooked. My crooked tooth shifted a bit after biting into it.

Terrible customer service! It was Monday and I remembered that we always used to get a special deal on Mondays. I asked the girl behind the glass what the special was. She said Moe Mondays, $7.99 burritos. So I ordered 2 of them, then proceeded to the cashier. She said that will be $27.26. I said no, I ordered the Moe Monday Special. She asked, Do you have the App? I told her No. She informed me that you can only get it with the App. And that the girl that made it was under NO OBLIGATION to tell me it was only with the App. I asked if she could adjust the bill, and she said No, you have to have the App. I told I used to get it all the time and never had the app. She said, You always needed the App. I told her that I feel like I should just walk out. She said, You can do that. It was late, so I payed for them. Took them home (5 minute ride) they were cold and not nearly as good as in the past. I'd stay away from this location!

Picked up food that I ordered online. It was all super cold, and I ordered ahead and showed up 10 minutes earlier than requested to avoid this from happening.

I asked the guy making my bowl if it was included in the Moe's Monday he told me yes then the lady at the end of the line rang me up for $16 just the bowl no drink..... I won't return to Moe's if this is their new Moe's monday?

Recently my daughter and I popped in to Moe's Palm Harbor and had the manager make our food. Not only was she friendly, kind and make it delicious the store was clean and taken care of. We've been in other locations which made us stop going. I can tell she takes a great sense of pride in her work and her store. We will be back! 💕
