I was there back in January, had a great time meal. Ordered the Crab appetizer and there was so much of it, that we could finish it and needed to take it home. This time we ordered the same expecting what we received last time. Lo and behold, when the appetizer came out, we were shocked. It consisted of 3 measly small legs and a couple of knuckles. We asked several times if this portion was correct and told yes each time. We also, ordered the Mac and Cheese side and were disappointed with that too. The Béchamel sauce had broken up and was very bland. Because of that, we decided not to order an entree and left. Very disappointing after spending a lovely afternoon at the spa. We were looking forward to a good meal like we had in January. To make up for it, we were charged the member price. Hardly made up for the meal we were expecting.

Service was very good. Steaks & seafood were outstanding. Unfortunately the lamb was tough and tasteless. The french fries was lacking. 4 out of 5 diners were delighted, thus my 4 star rating.

Packard's is a wonderful experience every time we go. The staff is phenomenal. We have a toddler and an infant and they always make sure the kids are well taken care of. Theresa usually takes care of us and does an amazing job but even when she isn't around the service is still top notch. The drinks are reasonably priced for a higher end steakhouse and also delicious. They have something for everyone, wine, beer, cocktails, bourbon, tequila. While the cocktail selection might look smaller, they can still make anything at your request. The smoked old fashion's with whatever bourbon you'd like have been my go too. The food is obviously why we keep coming back. We have never had a bad item. The rolls they start with are next level. The shrimp cocktail is the biggest shrimp I've ever seen and tastes great. The Cesar salad is one of my favs due to the addition of the 6 minute egg. The steaks are all cooked perfect with excellent flavoring. They also have plenty of other items if you don't like steak to make your meal memorable. Overall, Packards is a place that's a must visit every time we come to Innisbrook and is a favorite among the family.

Restaurant (at the clubhouse at the Copperhead golf course where the Valspar Championship is being held, was "closed for a private event" when we showed up for our reservation. Seems like maybe I shouldn't have been able to make a reservation saving me the time, embarrassment and inconvenience. Oh well.

We had a wonderful dinner. We sat outside under the heat lamps and it was very warm. The outside dining at night is beautiful as all the tables have a gas fire in the middle. Patrick our server was great. Food was excellent quality. I had an issue with my steak being under done (for my liking) and we returned it and I got it back less cooked than the previous. It was fine and we carried on. The manager offered to comp our desserts but it really wasn't an issue so we declined it. We had a great dinner and everything else was perfect which is surprising because it was extremely busy with Valspar going on this week. Highly recommend eating here.

We were there during the Valspar tournament, and despite the restaurant being packed, we had a great experience. All 3 of us ordered a Caesar salad with a filet and a side of garlic parmesan potatoes which were not on the menu but recommended by our server. She also brought us a cab (Frank family vineyards) to match up with our filets. All the filets were cooked perfectly, and caesar salads were generous and very good as well. Definitely something we always book when staying on property at Innisbrook.

What an absolutely terrible, terrible dining experience. Extremely overpriced for the quality of the food they are serving. Seafood that came out so dry, it was tough to eat. Macaroni and cheese that tasted like warmed pasta with coffee creamer poured over it, absolutely terrible. Our waitress definitely had an attitude. When we pointed out that we were being charged more for our items than the prices listed on the menu, she tried to argue that we were wrong, and went to get a menu which proved us right. It took them forever to adjust it. The waitress was also listening in on our conversation and rudely asking questions. I had ordered the cod, and the quality of this fish was worse than what I would get at a local greasy spoon, for 10 times the price. For the cost, this was the worst dining experience I’ve had at what is supposed to be a good restaurant. I don’t know how this place stays in business.

We dined outside because inside was way too loud. The rolls are to die for (I can't tell you how many i ate, but definitely way more than I should, LOL)! I had the surf & turf, and the steak & shrimp were excellent! The wine selection was very good, too! And the wait staff were courteous and friendly! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Disappointing was our experience. Out of a few things on the menu including ribeye steak which is weird for a steak house. It was like we were there late; our reservation was a 6 pm. The filet we had was prepared nicely and there were some good choices to compliment the filet. Service was fair.

First time coming here and it was outstanding. Service was amazing, our waitress was very sweet and knowledgeable about the menu. It did take a little bit to finally get our entrees but I believe they were just running behind on their orders (said by the chef) but the wait was all worth it once our food came out. I tried the scallops and my date had the wagyu and both were very delicious! They also had a banana liquor drink and I wasn’t too sure of it at first but it was different and it was delicious as well ! Everything was made with love. I would love to come back again some time. I would also recommend making a reservation ahead of time!

We had a wonderful dinner on August 31, no special occasion, except that the whole dining experience was superb! Our server, Ralph, was outstanding, just the right amount of pleasant interaction without being intrusive, and his demeanor was professional but easy going, and he was always checking on things to make sure the evening went smoothly. My wife and I even commented how Packard's out-performed the best restaurants in Tampa, in food, service and ambiance—and it's so close to home! Well done.
