We shared and enjoyed the Cowboy Ribeye. Clearly a prime cut, and properly cooked. They offered to slice it in the kitchen which was perfect. The baked potato was the largest I've ever seen, and also easily shared. Caesar salad was large, and easily feeds two or more. A spectacular evening. Very attentive staff, starting with James at the front door.

Impeccable service. Food was amazing. Definitely save room for dessert!! This was our second time visiting. We had steak, seafood, Brussels sprouts, and for dessert the carrot cake and 7-layer chocolate cake. Also had a great bottle of wine with dinner and espresso martini and Limoncelo with dessert. No cons at this restaurant... Only pros. Fabulous!!! Thank you especially to Ralph and his trainee, you both took service to a new level.

The food was excellent: the pork chop, the Brussels sprouts, lobster roll and the red fish. Everyone in my party was so pleased and enjoyed their meal. The service was over the top. Took my girl to dinner for her bday. We had the best steak and lobster dish we’ve had in awhile. Cooked to temp and melted in your mouth. Out waiter Ralph was amazing. We will certainly be back again and again. Pete P.

We arrived half an hour early and were greeted by the manager, James. He was very polite and informed us that our table would be ready whenever we were. Since we planned to have a drink before dinner, he assured us that the table would be ready at our convenience. The bartenders were also very pleasant. When we returned to the hostess station, we were seated immediately.
At our table, our server, Ralph, was friendly and accommodating. The service was fantastic. Our meals were excellent; my wife had a filet mignon that was cooked to perfection, and I had the hanger steak, which was also perfect.
We have visited many steakhouses, and Packard Steakhouse ranks at the top.
Wind down Wednesday was outstanding. . Delicious food, excellent service and the wine options were perfect. Will be back to dine again soon.
