I was at Papa John’s in Palm Harbor store number 1218 today around 1 o’clock the height of the lunch hour. A young lady named Marie was working in the store. She filled every single order diligently with skilled hands and deliberate actions. She moved effortlessly throughout the entire store, taking and filling orders very patiently and respectfully to the patron. The thing that gives the store three stars is not her work. It was excellent. It was the fact that she was in the store all by herself with absolutely no help if this woman is not a manager she should be. . Papa John needs to take a note or two from her. She has an incredible work ethic one I have not seen in a long. And Papa John’s should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this to happen I don’t know who the manager of the story is, but they should’ve been working right alongside of her, and if she’s the manager, the assistant manager should’ve been there. There is no reason for someone to have to stand their ground all alone when a company is large as Papa John’s has the resources and can do a better job of managing the store. Kudos to you, Maria that pizza was amazing and so are the wings. And a note to the patrons if you see someone working along that hard, give them an extra tip. They earned it just like you, Marie You did a great job.Thank you

As usual, this location used DoorDash for the delivery without giving me a choice in the matter. This resulted in their product being a cold mess, once again.

0 stars! I submitted an online order with a promo code. Their website said it did not go through, however my credit card was charged. I called the store to get my money back and the manager hung up on me! Twice! Tom Gary. Totally unacceptable! He needs to be fired. Papa John's lost a customer for life. I will never order again from any of their stores!

This .....is my first time going to PJs. In 15 years or so. Trust me. Tasted the same now as it did then. Service friendly. Great. Not their fault. But damn man. Hope they advanced throughout the whole shabang. This pizza sucked. Little Caesars was a step above. But damn. Won't do it for as long as I live. Totally bland. Cardboard. Horrible. I do not dog any company out. This one??? Yep. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. I spent $25 in a massage parlor and had better satisfaction. Also not looking like everyone else to get free stuff. Not doing it. This pizza blows

They brought the wrong pizza and failed to make it right. Crap on crust! Lost another customer that will tell EVERYONE about this. Lost me and I hope everyone I tell. Never again!!!

Never again! They got my wife’s order wrong. Due to stomach problems she can only eat the white sauce, they delivered a red sauce- inedible! They refused to make the order right! Now they have lost a customer- forever! What a colossal management fail!!!

Finding a GOOD pizza has become hard as skimpy and careless places abound.
I got a REALLY GOOD works pizza and A helpful thoughtful papa guy to help an old man. THANKS!

Food was great service my guy was so nice the food came out fast the atmosphere a lil bit empty but say still nice for a pizza take out place some DoorDash guys came and pick up some order but take out is perfect

CHOOSE ANOTHER LOCATION! Store utilizes door dash for delivery…no assistance from store after it leaves. My order sat in a car for 55 mins before arriving. Store is 6 mins from the house.
