Papa Johns Pizza

I personally think Papa John's Pizza tastes fresher and is visibly less greasy than 70% of the pizza available. I usually get it delivered, but I was right there with my daughter, so we ordered carryout. It was ready FAST. The people working were friendly and attentive. The taste? Superb. As usual. If you haven't tried Papa John's, do yourself a favor and order a pizza when the craving hits. It will be your new favorite.

By far the worst pizza I've had in a very long time!! The staff absolutely does not care.

DON’T tip ahead of time. They always mess things up. Ordered a cheese Pizza, lemon pepper wings and a Pepsi. He shows up with the cheese pizza, buffalo wings and no soda. He said he’d go get it and come back. He never got it and came back. First time I said “these things happen”. Second time now. I’m done

I was amazed at how fast our order got here especially on halloween night! Everything was hot and fresh and delicious. An especially big shout out to my delivery woman! I wish I caught her name! She was so friendly and professional! I hope the company treats her right because she is one of the best delivery person that I've ever dealt with! I'm so impressed with this experience. I only usually post reviews if they are exceptional!

Got my whole order canceled by door dash, called the store and talked to Dan and he went above and beyond to help me and fix the issue. Super helpful and caring. Will definitely be ordering again just because of his kindness.

I swear they make the pizza dough and leave it sitting on a rack for hours, every single time we have ordered from this store the crust is so dry it flakes off, and it's flatter than a pancake. Just the dryest thinnest pizza crust you've ever seen in your life, the actual thin crust pizza is thicker sometimes.

I used to work at Papa John's so I know exactly what causes this. They premake the pizza dough, set it on a rack with sauce and cheese, and leave it sitting there drying out on the rack until an order comes through then they just throw it in the oven, all the aerating holes from the roller have closed up by then and the dough dries out. I had a late-night manager who did this every night after 9:00pm when I worked for a Papa John's, and those pizzas were always terrible and exactly like the ones I always get from this store, but this store is always the same way no matter the time of day.

They probably premake like 40 pizzas at 3:00pm and just leave them sitting there for hours until the dinner rush.

Absolutely the worst Papa John's for miles. Management and staff really need to be retrained on how to make the pizzas.

I’m sorry guys, but if you’re running behind on Delivery. At least let me know or remake the pizza if you’re going to be over an hr late. My pizza was cold by the time I got it. I don’t know if I can trust u all again ?

This Papa John's really made my night. They had an easy online ordering platform and a discount for the lightning winning. The food was great and the delivery driver actually followed directions. Overall a great fast food pizza experience.
