This Papa John's really made my night. They had an easy online ordering platform and a discount for the lightning winning. The food was great and the delivery driver actually followed directions. Overall a great fast food pizza experience.

management is terrible lost order. didnt try to fix just gave me customer service in India told me the order confirmation number was as worthless ? said I could file alll the complaints I want too? I called India two hours later finally got money back ! Never ever ever order anything from here imagine the health violations that must be happening here if they treat paid customers like that also it was the general manager too that said all this occurred 12/16/23 at 545-6 pm

I would like to rate higher however, the order is almost always incorrect. I tend to order well done and occasionally extra toppings. What I receive has never been well done and extra toppings are hit and miss. On tonight's order, neither pizza was well done and did not recieve any extra toppings despite requesting both.

I ordered for delivery and after an hour called said they had me down for pick up. They said they would give me free pizza in 40 minutes more .Sent same OLD HARD PIZZA. Not delivering persons fault. Still tip.

Ordered yesterday 12 pizzas for my daughters 4th birthday party today at a zoo. The order was suppose to be ready by 1:45 . My husband got there to pick it up and they never got the order . So not only did my husband miss half her party waiting for them to make her pizza I also had hungry kids waiting . Very disappointed after paying over $100 .

Walked in and asked what the specials were. Was told everything was online. I guess in some people's world it's okay to be too stupid to answer a question where you work but it's not in the world where I live in. Personally I would fire my employees if I had customers walking out because they were too stupid to answer a simple question
My pizza tasted fresh and delicious. Liked the tomato sauce and the pineapple topping I requested. I especially liked the well baked crust; it was crunchy even though it wasn't thin crust.They followed my instructions exactly and gave me a pie light on the cheese, with an appropriate amount of pineapple topping. I walked into the store at lunchtime on a Monday and my pie was ready for takeout in 10 minutes.

Will never eat this food again. Papa bowels two of them had barely anything in them. Pizza seemed like it had been sitting for hours before we picked it up. Called and spoke to the manager and he said that's the way it is. DONE NO MORE PAPA JOHN'S FOR MY HOUSE.

I'm commenting on this post because everything at Papa Johns could be made better My wife and I went to Papa John's for the first time anxious to try the new pizza bowls and a papadi, just to start we would never go back , the veggie bowl was not hot and was very greasy not quite sure how they made a veggie bowl greasy , but they did. I asked if the papadia looked like the picture online and I was told by a very rude worker no. so I opted for a small cheese pie. The pie was so small I would never get another one spending $11 on a cheese pie that has almost no sauce. it seem no bigger than two slices of a regular pie which I can get anywhere for five bucks or so. so for anyone reading this, I recommendations and make it better on your own because they don't know what they're doing.

We ordered the thinner pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms and black olives. Ordering on line for pick up was good. The pizza was just ok. Sadly we were disappointed with the minimal toppings and the quality of the pizza.
