Just visited today. They take your order and you seat yourself. When the food arrives about 4-5 minutes later, they let you know where the ingredients are and you doctor your food to your liking. Cost a little more than St. Petersburg, Fl does, but has the same results. Great tasting food

Delicious pho broth which is not easy to find! Love that the little condiments and sides (bean sprouts, jalapenos and green) are self-serve so that they don't go to waste like other pho places.

Our go-to pho spot is closed; so, I decided to try this place. I ordered two round eye steak pho soups to go; one for me and the other for my wife. I picked up the order, which came out to a little over $30. When I got home, I noticed that nearly half the broth in one container was at the bottom of the plastic bag. I called and spoke with the young lady who answered the phone and I suggested that next time, they use saran wrap to make sure the broth containers were sealed so that they won't leak. She tells me that they can double bag it next time. I told her that wouldn't solve anything if the broth containers themselves had no wrap to keep everything inside. She then tells me that they can put the broth containers in a separate bag by themselves. What?! How is that different from double bagging? I've ordered soup to-go from many places and it's either saran wrapped or secure enough to not leak out. By the time I got home to eat, there was not enough broth to enjoy the meal as it was meant to be enjoyed. What makes it so bad was that the broth was actually good. The beef was not so good...it was pretty dry. I could forgive that; but, the lack of customer service in that moment will make me not want to return to this establishment. I live too far to have to deal with shotty decisions like that. Saran wrap your broth containers to ensure your customers don't lose half of their soup in transit or at least make sure the container is securely closed. I'll need to look for some other pho spots around town to try.

Half of my order didn't show up on the delivery. About 20 dollars of food missing. They did nothing to make it right or give me my food or money back. Very bad restaurant and the food was not good.

Small, family, well served by Isabella and Millie. You order at the register and they bring it to you. Do not expect fancy, but expect great, delicious food and good service. Bring cash for tips as you cannot leave them with a CC.

This Vietnamese restaurant, located just off bustling US 19, operates like a fast-food pho spot with a straightforward setup. The menu is simple: choose your dish by number, pay, grab a number, and wait for your food.

My combination pho arrived in about five minutes. Condiments are self-serve, with basil, bean sprouts, and other toppings available at the table, which I enjoyed.

The flavor felt authentic, especially after adding the right toppings, and it was satisfying for a quick meal. It’s not the best pho I’ve ever had, but it’s solid for a fast-casual spot, and I’d recommend it to others.

The staff were friendly enough, not overly attentive but sufficient. The place was clean and well-kept, with no issues to note.

I can’t believe it took me so long to try this place. Wonderful! Food is delicious and very healthy, a hard combination to find around here. Impeccably clean and comfortable. Family owned and operated and they are lively and the service is outstanding. A real gem.
