Went for Thanksgiving. Had the traditional turkey, stuffing, etc. Food was very good, service excellent. Will go back for regular dinner to see how the Italian fare is

First time getting to try this restaurant. We enjoyed a couple of classic Italian dishes and a good glass of Tuscan wine. We enjoyed listening to music from the “lounge” singer.  I see us returning in the future.

The food was very flavorful especially the marinara sauce on the pasta. However, there was an abnormally long wait between appetizers and entrees. We enjoyed the 2 piece band. The food and wine were reasonably priced.

I usually only try to post positive reviews, because I know that local restaurants have it hard enough as it is, but I decided that if the owners don't know something is wrong, they won't know that it needs to be fixed. Short version is that this visit was very disappointing - which was sad, because we were introducing one of our friends to what used to be one of our favorite restaurants. The restaurant was LOUD, the service was slow, and the food wasn't great. I don't know if the kitchen was backed up, or what the problem was, but we waited at least an hour for our main courses and, when my sea bass (which was one of the specials) finally arrived, it was "jelly-like" in the center. In addition, our friend who was dining at Positano for the first time ordered the lasagna - and, when it arrived, it looked like a left-over portion (VERY small, and MAYBE three layers - more likely two). However, to be fair, the rigatoni ala vodka was good, and the linguine and clams - while nothing to write home about - was OK. The restaurant DID provide replacement dishes for the sea bass and the lasagna - but, at that point, it was nearly 9PM, and we just wanted to call it a night. I don't know that we'll be back. :-(

My family and 6 month old granddaughter went to celebrate my wives Birthday. The 9 of us enjoyed the evening and the food was really fantastic for everyone and the service of off the charts. We had a great time and a great evening.

First time to this wonderful restaurant ! Food and service was on point - kudos to our excetional server, Stacy. She was like every server should be ! The jazz music was a nice addtion to our delicious dinner. Great experience - we definitely will be returning,

I would not recommend this restaurant it is pricey for the food and atmosphere. Too many other restaurants in area that are more valued with good food ans atmosphere!

The music was amazing . Service was great. Salad and soup very good. Veal Marsala was tasteless, seemed a bit watered down. Spoke with a manager whose reply was that he had it for lunch and it was good. We won't be coming back.
The food is fantastic much better than the original owners. Love the jazz ensemble. We enjoyed the music very much. The owner is very hands on helping out in every way. The only issue is their service. I know they were busy the night we were there but it was really bad. When we finally got our meal we had no utensils or anything to drink with it. We just took the meal to go. We will go again. I'm hoping the service improves or the staff can figure out who gets what tables. Great neighborhood gem!

The atmosphere was wonderful ,love the jazz band. The food was a little high priced, it wasn't hot when we got it, but they were busy. We didn't want to send anything back. Drinks are expensive. unfortunately, we had a voucher, but we couldn't use it because it was only for lunchtime. The staff sang Happy Birthday, but too bad it wasn't In Italian!
