AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I was having issues ordering online/on app so I contacted customer service. The owner, Sam, went to the location right away and fixed the issue and kept me updated and offered me a complimentary order. She was extremely kind and helpful and my coffee and açaí bowl are delicious! This is the honey almond latte and the “It’s Raining Berries” Bowl with mangos instead of bananas. Delicious and kind :)

I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie. Although it was very good, the price is way too high for the amount you get. The cup was very small for a 10 dollar smoothie. Probably will not be coming back because of this.

If I could I would give you a 10 for Sara at your Palm Harbor location. She always has a smile and knows my order and has it started before I even walk in. She makes my day every day I see her.
