Fix the concrete cup sizes please! More than one size should be available to have extra mix-ins. A small change for the business with significant profit potential!!!

5 Stars with two important notes:1. If you order the “concrete” it comes in a plastic cup with sharp edges underneath the rim. If you try to lick spillage, you might regret it (complete design flaw that needs fixing).2. The concrete (custard with fixin’s) tastes amazing, but you can only order one size online. THIS MEANS if you create your own (definitely the best option in theory) and you want several items in your concrete, instead of providing a cup of appropriate size, they will literally just overflow the cup with the requested mixin’s ?…It’s difficult to explain how delicious their treats are, and just how unintelligent their business model is. My suggestions:1. Keep food items the same.2. Offer larger cups for individuals that want to create their own treats with your food stuffs.3. Don’t get closed down/go into bankruptcy by thinking it’s easier/smarter to remove the option for customers to create their own variations of your treats.4. Suggestions 1-3 should be read in conjunction with each other and not read or enforced independently.5. You are welcome ?… ?

Went in with a few friends and my dog. The young lady working at the counter was very happy to serve us and even cam around the counter to say hello to my dog. After washing her hands, she served us and was very friendly and the frozen treats were amazing.

Rita's is always a favorite. Unfortunately, this location is tough in the back of a huge parking lot and nowhere to sit inside. Benches outside were taken and ate in the back of Van with the kids.

What a great place! Lots of choices on different types of treats, ice cream/sugar-free options, toppings... Lots of good stuff. Will definitely be back, could not decide, settled for a couple of shakes this time, and took some ice cream sandwiches to go. Super service with personality. Tucked in a convenient location, look for it, it is worth it!! Enjoy!
Came to see the new Palm Harbor location, very exciting! Was surprised to see how small it is and there is no seating anywhere other than a small bench and one high top table to stand around outside. The ice cream was great but def need somewhere to sit.

I tried to give this place another chance but unfortunately I think I have been here for the last time. Multiple Uber orders wrong. I have physically gone in twice this week. No toppings ( owner/manage should go to Walmart or cvs to get toppings if your shipment is delayed). They don’t fill anything up to the top of the cup. You don’t get what you pay for. They have high school aged girls working alone during high volume times. Very overwhelming for them. Staff also mopping floors way before closing time. Makes you not feel welcome as a costumer. Someone told me they’d be calling me two weeks ago to go over my concerns and never did. Poor ownership and management. Will not be back. Unfortunately I don’t see them being open much longer.

Walked in for the first time tonight and we couldn't even stand inside long enough to order. We could literally taste the cleaning chemicals due to the amount of fumes in the air and walked out. My eyes were burning by the time we got back to the car. As someone with breathing sensitivities and asthma, this is a major health hazard.

Very clean and had the nicest staff. I got the blue raspberry gelati and my mom got the flordia orange gelati. They had an amazing flavor to them. If I'm ever in the mood for a sweet treat near me. I know exactly were I'm going. 10 of 10 for sure.
