Service takes time because it is all u can eat, and they want you to fill up. That being said, it's not too slow. Worth the 16.99.

This was my second visit and i am beyond disgusted. The server I had was very inattentive. There was a spill that my nephew spilled on the table in which staff simply handed us a few napkins whilst a pool of water sat at our feet our entire meal. We continued to ask the waiter did he put our drink order in several times and were told they wore working on it for twenty minutes.

(The restaurant was not busy at the time of our visit.) Also our waiter was consistently rushing our orders and lacking certain items after reminding him repeatedly.

During our visit my nephew stumbled upon a roach on the floor which was alive and well in the middle of dinner service. I approached the waiter about the concerns and the waiter indeed stepped on it in front of me. I was utterly disgusted, we immediately asked for our check and upon receiving the check we noticed we were charged a separate amount of $17 that was labeled tip “gratuity”.

Food was gross!! The food was cold and hard. It tasted horrible and even looked inedible. It took forever for each thing we ordered & it wasn’t even busy. The Only thing good was the noodles. I would definitely make the drive to Koizi in new port richey. It’s cheaper and way better!

Our server Micheline was absolutely outstanding! Even though we came in later than the lunch special she accommodated to our needs and gave great suggestions I highly recommend her to anyone use to the area and even those touring tarpon thank you for everything!❤️

Our waitress was so extremely rude and barely checked on us, but the table next to us was getting top tier service. From walking in I felt an unwelcome atmosphere. My teenage son was like did we do something wrong? I am overweight and it almost seemed like they treated me different because of it like I was going to order 59 items or something. Jokes on you I ordered way less than that table getting the top tier service (I have had weight loss surgery and can barely eat one roll)- not that it should matter… If this is how you treat people I will never be back!

I found this place incredible. I like the idea of a buffet where the food is bought out to you, minimizing the chance of people coughing or touching all the food other plan on using as well.

They forgot half our delivery order. Clearly not a well run organization.

Good staff, good food, good prices. I usually go in the morning so before they raise the price at 3:00~ for dinner service. It's delicious and always leaves me satisfied
