Me and my boyfriend went here because it was our spot but not anymore. Tell me why we order like our regular steak chicken and veggie hibachi. Bro. Dead ass 4 hairs in our food. Please don’t go here we are both people with mixed/ course hair. We find 4 straight black hairs in our food. I promise I’m not trolling we fr we’re tryna be big backs and eat we were craving hibachi fr. So we ordered the wings like as an appetizer and there was a hair in it. And then like I’m ngl we were like meh abt it at first bc yk mistakes happen. Tell me why in my food as im eating he’s like “babe stop hold on”… tell me why there’s a hair on the chicken I was abt to eat and I fr had no idea… what bothers me the most abt the whole situation is that when we brought it to like the hosts attention. She dead ass cut me off and legit told us to like go home in a like shooing / sweet way. Like she didn’t speak much English but she told us “it’s okay jus go home we won’t charge” like bro what. No solution no apology nothing. The 4 th hair btw was found in my boyfriend’s food too. So :/ I genuinely love hibachi but seriously like it was fine thick pieces of hair im our food! I was so close to just being that one customer to let the families know hey btw… we’re leaving but check if there’s hair in your food ☹️ but like I didn’t wanna cause a scene fr. Please don’t come here. They clearly don’t care about there customers and she legit shooed us away to go home like with her hands… because she didn’t want the people coming in to hear the conversation… like they got families and babies coming to eat… like at least make them wear hairnets or something like do something. 4 hairs is crazy like fr wild. Like how??

The worst place I have ever visited to eat possibly in my entire life, terrible in every way, a clerk with serious mental attitude problems was the rudest, loud, unpleasant, offensive person, just for not wanting to do her job of changing a number in the kitchen, she yelled and insulted us as if we were dogs to me and my family, even my daughter felt bad about that yelling and waved her hands in front of everyone who was in the place, a person like that should not work serving customers, she is a despot and of course they charge you anyway even if they make you go through the worst time, I cannot express in words the great indignation that they made us go through as a family, we were humiliated by a person with clear anger problems, the food was terrible, and in the end we did not eat it because of the rise in blood pressure that I suffered, you really have to be very unhappy to be that way, the worst treatment I have ever received and the worst thing is that I paid for them to pay me back. They will yell at me, grab me and insult me. These places where the administration allows things like this to happen should be reviewed because they charge you a certain fee to enter and whether you eat or not they charge you, so they do not have a kind or respectful attitude because they are going to charge you anyway.

Editing to add that I made a report to DBPR regarding the bugs & cleanliness of this restaurant after reading the reviews and seeing so many shared experiences (including a roach inside someone’s food), and noticed that this establishment’s license expired on 2/1.
I’ve been to this restaurant multiple times, and unfortunately, the service and quality have been consistently disappointing. The restaurant is dirty and food/presentation is lacking. Today was no exception, and in fact, it was the last straw. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed the smell of cigarettes in the entryway, which should’ve been our first clue.
Our server, a woman with long black hair in a ponytail, had the worst attitude I’ve ever encountered. She walked up to us and bluntly asked, "What do you want?" with no greeting or kindness. After we ordered, she brought the food to the table and practically threw it down, without a word or any acknowledgment. She didn’t check on us for 20 minutes, which, to be honest, was the best part of the experience since we were able to avoid her terrible service.
The real issue came when we noticed her treating a man who came in with much more respect and friendliness. It was clear she was capable of decent service, but chose not to extend it to us. We made the decision to pay only for the food, as we felt the service we received didn’t warrant any more. As we were leaving, she blocked our exit from the booth, and aggressively demanded a tip. When we told her to have a good day (implying we were leaving), she called me a derogatory name in front of staff and other customers, which is completely unacceptable.
At this point, I won’t be returning. This restaurant has a serious problem with both service and staff professionalism. I would advise others to be cautious if they decide to give it a try, as my experience was nothing short of appalling.

This all-you-can-eat sushi and hibachi spot unfortunately falls short of expectations. The food quality is underwhelming, with bland and uninspired flavors. The sushi, in particular, suffers from thin slices of fish, lacking the richness and freshness you'd hope for.
Service was equally lackluster. My server was unfriendly and inattentive, leaving empty plates piled on our table and rarely checking in.
The only saving grace is the price. For an all-you-can-eat establishment, the value is decent, though it certainly doesn't justify the mediocre quality.
If you are a sushi lover, I'd recommend exploring other options for a more satisfying and enjoyable dining experience.

Service was not the best, server seemed very annoyed whenever we ordered although it was endless, even when asked politely she was not nice and ignored our table for the most. We would set finished plates at the end, and over time they stacked up from the complete lack of attention during the entire duration of our stay. Orders were also taken incorrectly/forgotten and the food was meh compared to the other times I’ve visited Saki. My friend was treated comparably worse to the rest of us, and she didn’t want to tip after being treated badly. They (Manager included) went on to basically berate her, even after she said the service was not good, and even threatened to charge her card without her permission after saying that “do they not deserve to get paid?”. Overall, it was a very unprofessional situation regardless and was very disappointing.

We didn’t like our waitress attitude and customer service;
Thus , We didn’t want to leave any tips. However, they made us to pay a tip - I still think the tip is optional and only should be given for good and pleasant customer service and food.
Ive been going to the Clearwater Saki for the last 8 years, and decided to try this location today and boy was it a mistake. I was met with a rude server that was walking around with an airpod in her hear and barely spoke any english. I came in with a friend who wanted to order from the a la carte menu, and I asked for the all you can eat. The server immediately told me they had cameras watching us and she started to point to all the cameras in the restaurant. Are customers here supposed to be accused of being thieves even before they begin an order? This is no way to treat a loyal customer.

I definitely would not recommend this place for hibachi. The food tasted like it was from a can. Maybe they have good sushi, but the hibachi was not worth spending money on. We got steak and shrimp hibachi and were not even asked how we wanted our steak cooked. It was like eating rubber. Very strange place...

Sushi rolls seemed like they were rushed to make, very choppy. Bad quality ingredients, not good sushi at all. Won’t be back. But the waitress was nice.
