Been coming here for about a year, food is good but service has always sucked. We have not tipped the last few times because we were never given a pen, next time we come we get berated for not tipping. Have always gotten attitude from servers and they never acknowledge or say you’re welcome. We have had to walk up to our servers for refills because they don’t come back for a long time. Had our server give us side eye when she gave us the check and stop in her tracks to make sure we tipped this time. Tipping is OPTIONAL, not everyone can afford to tip, we have never had cash on us until today (can’t tip on card without a pen). We would not want to tip such bad server either. Frankly I’ve never had service this bad in my life, we are never coming back after this. Made everything so awkward and upsetting. The food is usually pretty good but sometimes can be a miss. Also don’t forget the price is way more at dinner time. Can find a much better place easily, we came here multiple times a month and now it will be no more. Genuinely made my day worse. Not to mention she claimed she only gets money from tips, either she’s lying or or that’s illegal.

I have been here several times with my partner and every time the service here has been horrendous! We will wait for what seems like an hour for the server to come by and when they eventually do, it is with a lot of attitude and sass. My most recent visit (last visit) the server we got asked us for a tip and tried to make me feel bad about how they make no salary. I am not a therapist for free and I think a tip should be earned. With this type of service, a tip is 100% optional. It is such a shame that 5 star food is being served by 1 star service.

The dining room was very nicely decorated. The food was ok. I didn't care for the fried tofu, and I eat this every week somewhere else, and I didn't like the spicy tuna roll. I ordered these other sushi places. Our waitress was nice. The lady who brought out our food seemed torchered

Disgusting!!!!! Just picked up the order is completely wrong and I called them they will do nothing about it I kept telling her the order is wrong she acted like she don’t understand English! I order spicy Tuna and I asked to check my order and she said “the bag is sealed” the presentation is gross! Will never but from them again!

Food was ok. Used to be better. Prices also inflated from $22 to $26. The food is not on par with the high price tag. I mean yeah it’s all you can eat but ya have to make at least good. Sushi rolls were good but appetizers were cold and tasted like they were sitting out for hours .Service is also subpar. Servers have no social skills. No greetings when you first walk in and very abrupt and rude while serving . All things considered this place has gone downhill And we’ll be not coming back any time soon. There are far better places with more reasonable prices and better food. Get it together ppl.

Average food. Average service. The pricing is fair if you're going to eat a lot. So, bring your appetite.

Food used to be better. The one in Clearwater is much better quality for some reason.

Probably the worst habachi on the planet. The inside of the restaurant smells like poop, mildew, and musk.

If you're coming here for the highest quality sushi, you will not find it. If you are looking for pretty good sushi for a fraction of the cost (in terms of being all you can eat), along with *decent* hibachi and other stuff. I calculated the rough price of everything we ate against our favorite sushi spot for overall quality and for 50$ (two all you can eat meals) we got 150$ worth of food.

Horrible service, the restaurant was empty only two table with clients, and the waitress not paying attention, nobody cleaned our table as we ate, nobody asking if we want more drinks, it was supposed to be a fun night but it was a disaster. And it sux seeing the waitress playing at his cell phone instead actually paying attention to all clients.

I went here for the 1st time with daughter and my experience I have to say was NOT so good. When we got there the waitress was rude, not greeted, not smiling nothing ! Then I tried to explain to her but this was my first time coming here ever and I was not familiar with the process, and I believe she was extremely offended and just looked at me like what are you talking about? Didn’t have the courtesy to explain to me answer my questions just plain rude.. then she proceeded to tell us that if we don’t finish what’s on our plates, they will charge us extra at the end, which I thought was ridiculous. What if you didn’t like the plate which is our situation it did happen. Steak was tough, horrible and the fried calamari not sure if it was even fried calamari. It definitely was not fresh or ever !The service was extremely slow, took forever for the next plate to come out, and to say that the place was packed. It was not.!

We had the most amazing server tonight! I didn't get her name, but she was very sweet and helped answer any questions we had. She was even super understanding when my food restrictive disorder kicked in! That wonton soup broth is absolutely mouthwatering, but the dumplings, I have learned, are not for me sadly. The food came out piping hot, portions were appropriately sized for each item rather than common too-large or too-small portions, service was quick, everything was absolutely delicious! The calamari had a crispy outside and chewy inside, the coconut shrimp was well balanced on sweetness, and the beef in the beef and broccoli wasn't tough or gamey. My friends and partner also ordered a variety of rolls and have said they tasted fresher at this Saki than most other sushi places. The quality of food is a bit better than the Clearwater location in terms of quickness, temperature, and dish size; however this could be due to many unknown variables such as traffic and week day, and both locations are worth visiting!
