The baristas here are so pleasant and friendly. The drive through is quick and the coffee always comes out exactly as I expect it to. I like that their drink menu changes with the seasons. It varies up the routine and makes everything more festive. This is a really nice and consistent Starbucks location.

I got an iced pumkin chai and it was all milk for $7.00, It tasted like it was watered down too and sitting there for a long time. I am very disappointed because I usually have good experiences with this Starbucks location.

The staff is friendly and it's a nice place to go but Every time I try to use My Starbucks appetite order my drink on the way to work before I leave the house and I Find the store that I want to go to and when I try to put my order in it pops me to the Tarpon Springs store. That is out of my way going the opposite way to get to work and I was told well when we get busy they usually pop us to somewhere else. Bullshit It is 6 o'clock in the morning right now and I cannot find your store Anywhere to order my drink ahead of time. So now I have to stop and Get out of my car and go in and. Or go to the drive through and order my drinks. A waste of my time what's the point of having an app if you can't even go to the Starbucks that you want to go to.

I have been a customer here for many years, way before they opened they're new location. Today is where i draw the line. I am a regular there everyday, two to three times daily. I have spent lots of money in this place . Today I was treated like trash literally!!! Why? Because I had a 50 dollar bill!!! How pathetic can a store like starbucks be and not have change for a fifty??? A fifty these days is nothing i mean nothing. And the pathetic excuse of a human being who sees me day in and day out told me to try another starbucks. I have a message for you , this is not a way to treat a customer that has been supporting your business for more than 20 years. You dont have change? Not my problem you could have said hey here have a cup of coffee to get to work and pay us when you stop by for your second cup. Really you should take a good hard look at yourselves. Today you lost a customer. Anyone considering shopping here my advise is to go somewhere else and steer clear of this location.
