I went through the drive through this morning and the young lady working drive thru was FABULOUS! I have to shout her out! I didn't get her name (8483 Reg 4 was on the receipt ) but she was a ball of good vibes and positive energy! Loved it!! I was wearing my Aries T-shirt and she's a Scorpio lol just very cool! She made my Day š Drink & food was excellent too! Thank youuuuuuu!

I order my Starbucks coffee on the mobile app every day. I go to this particular location about three days a week Last week when I was there, I show up after my place and the barista tells me my order isnāt ready and again sheās gonna make me loop the parking lot Get back in the car line For the drive-through So I drive up this morning at 7:31 the time that it said the food will be ready on the Starbucks app and guess what my stuff isnāt ready and guess what they made me drive back into the Line and let me tell you this line is about 20 cars deep no joke So I went inside and I got a refund and then they just handed me my money back. They didnāt even offer me the stuff they couldnāt get ready on time and I decided I never ever using that Starbucks again and I know it sounds petty but think about going to 3 to 4 times a week and having one person threaten you and then the second time you meet that person they did the exact same thing they threat they were gonna do and nobody in Mangement has an issue with it.

My specialty coffee was exactly what I wanted! The barista was fantastic, and the portion was generousāmuch better than at the Tarpon Springs branch! The staff were also very polite and friendly, and quick! No long wait.

Donāt get me wrong. I love Starbucks, but I come here almost every day and it seems to be when I actually have to call and complain about my drink because itās half full and then the manager is there next day they actually make my drink right I got my drink again today a Venti hot chocolate and itās half full with a little tiny dollop of whipped cream on there. I have pictures for proof from both days. Whoever is there on wensday and Fridays. Might need some more training on how to make a hot chocolate right especially for it being almost 6 bucks

Unfortunately this was the worst experience Iāve had at a Starbucks . I ordered inside before a few people and the people after me were out before me which seemed like because they were regulars they were just getting them out of the way . One lady went to start my drink and then waited for another lady to actually clock in to finish it . And on top of that I added cookie crumble and I had to give the drink back so they could atleast put it on top .
